Oh snap whats up dude?! That's crazy your videos popped up in recommended and I was like aye a new street trials UA-cam lol I'll be reinstalling all my social media tomorrow, I remember talking but what's your username?
I've got a TMS 24'' trial bike. I actually tried both of those, and the problem I have is that my pedals get out of position sometimes, and when I initially swing the bike, it kinda gets my body in a position where its hard to get the balance with my foot on the front wheel. I can get it when I practice just getting my foot on the front wheel and holding balance but without the tailwhip part. That body transition from the swing to the front wheel seems to be my problem I think.
Well, I don't have much experience with the BMX way, but the way I do it, I also pull the rear brake which makes keeping the pedals level easy for me. The rest will come with practice. Also, I feel like the easiest way to get your body position right is to start the front wheel pivot, stop your body when it's positioned over the front wheel and keep pushing the frame around with your feet. I'll probably make a video about it in the future.
A video on that from you would be so cool. :D Thanks, I'll try with pulling the rear brake, don't know how I didn't think about that...and thank you for the tips, I kinda got stuck with practicing in one moment, but I think this will help greatly! I wish your channel grows big, its really cool. Cheers!
At 2:44 it looks like you're on the verge of creating a new trick! footjam tailwhip to "hover over the bars till the frame comes around the second time"...
This trick is fucking hard. Been trying it for months. I can get it going a second time and land on the tire almost every try but my other foot usually hits the ground from fear. singles are easy. Even footjam 180 whips and such
I mainly use the "POC VPD 2.0 Long Knee" that cover knees and shins. They use a soft foam that doesn't restrict your mobility and hardens on impact. You don't even feel the pedals hitting sometimes. I cut off the top straps, though, because that makes them even more comfortable after wearing them in.
I lock the rear brake to be able to push on the front pedal. That's the special technique I explained. If you want to do them brakeless, you have to use a different technique.
Everyone is calling it Thailwhip, but as far as I know it is a Whiplash on Ground ? Yes to be over the Bar with the body is the most important, without it does not function, nice movie. I did waste a lot of time practising this, no one did told me to get the chest over the bar and make a real stand above the bar, it took me time to figure this out all alone.
Both names are just fine. This video is focused on getting from normal to double - I'll have a separate video on the "trials way" of doing footjam whips in the near future.
@@TheUselessTrials 3 bar bor front and rear ? I am used for 1.5-2bar at front wheel, cause going to 3 is very hard to lift xD but it is also very hard to do tricks on front wheel with 2bar, which is why I am asking
3 to 4 bar is pretty normal for street trials bikes with 2.4 tyres. If you've got tyres with more air volume like the Maxxis Creepy Crawlers on a 20 inch trials bike, you need less pressure. I've gone as low as 2 bar on the rear wheel of my Inspired, whihäch is nice for some trials moves, but bad for others.
Mach weiter so
You've got a bit of Mike boyd in ya
nice punchline with jake paul

Love the video! I'm trying to learn a foot jam tail whip, and I haven't found any good tutorials. Can you make one?
I'm already planning to make one! It's going to be about the "trials way", though, not the "bmx way".
TheUselessTrials awesome, thank you!
Great video, keep it up. What town do you live in?
A small town in the middle of Germany. And thanks :)
If someone wants to get into trials how much should a street trials bike for a beginner go for without getting ripped off?
Tim knoll is master of footjam tailwhip
NICE!
SICK
Nice
Can you do a Tutorial to fit Jam wip please
Awesome video, really cool! Keep bringing them videos up. ^_^
Any tips for someone who is just starting to learn a normal footjam tailwhip maybe? :3
Thanks :)
What bike are you learning them on? Do you want to learn the "BMX way" or "Danny MacAskill way"?
I've got a TMS 24'' trial bike. it looks like you live in the map of forza horizon 4 🤪🤪

Sinule that would be really impressive
This trick is fucking hard. Been trying it for months. I can get it going a second time and land on the tire almost every try but my other foot usually hits the ground from fear. singles are easy. Even footjam 180 whips and such
what knee pad are you using?

I cut off the top straps, though, because that makes them even more comfortable after wearing them in.
I dont get is how come your cranks don't move? As soon as i lift weight off my pedal othe rone instantly drops.
I lock the rear brake to be able to push on the front pedal. That's the special technique I explained. If you want to do them brakeless, you have to use a different technique.
Is the bike 24 or 26 " ? and the weight?
Jorge Pozo It's a 24 inch street trials bike and weighs a little over 11kg.
Everyone is calling it Thailwhip, but as far as I know it is a Whiplash on Ground ?

what air pressure do you have on front and rear wheel please ?
Around 3 bar. Sometime a little less, sometimes a little more.

Haha, it's an Inspired Fourplay.
Made for Street Trials, but can pretty much do anything.
cool
What kind of size bike is that?
It's a 24" Street Trials bike.
What was your worst crash or bail learning footjam whip
Probably a shinner
@@TheUselessTrials i feel u bro haha im learning a single whip but anyways your vids are great!!
Plz do a 360 bunny hop video similar to the barspin video
Aw man, I would, but I've been doing 360s for years.
Excellent video. Sorry you have idiots smashing bottles in the skatepark.
Sag moal kommst du aus Deutschland?
Next trick should be a flair flat.
plz do a how to 360 bunny hop.
Ali Clarkson has a good how-to on them. There's some small things I could add, but for now, you can just watch his video :)
(max_fiergolla)

why you always riding solo?
How to make normal tailwhip????
I'll do a video on that soon!
You mean whiplash?
What do you mean? :D "Whiplash" usually refers to whipping the frame around in a Hang-Five.
Same thing xd
Bist du deutscher(are you German)
Hi, Good Video, you are from?
