  • Finally playing with the 1 kg Black Shark from Winding Ropes
This rope is a beast and quite challenging to roll
Heavier ropes help us clean up our patterns, because we can’t muscle these ropes around. This helps correct the timing and weight shifts. Maintaining constant tension is a must, which keeps us focused on the task at hand.
    It's a great workout, too!

I just discovered rope flow a few days ago and see this as a basic self limiting option for my older clients seeking rehab/recovery and those ready to reclaim life. Unlike weights, the stress is variable to the need plus adds stretch, functionality, and flex. Wondering where you are at and if you'd be open to future collaboration

@@Papadoc1000 Indeed, rope flow practice can be as intense or as forgiving as you want it to be. It's great for rehab and elderly, I have a couple of students like that.
Always open for collaboration. I live in Sweden, but do most of my coaching last two years online to students worldwide

You look like a Jedi master bro. How long did it take you to get to that level?

@@TomBoxleitner-wz7ly thank you! this video was a while back, so about 2.5 years of practice to get there. I just hit 4 years of practice this month.

Working with a heavier rope will slow you down and will improve your technique 👍
