Hey bro any recommendations on the exhaust gasket I have tried a few and cant seem to get a seal on it seems my muffler where it screws on to the motor is isnt flush
I can give you a couple suggestions of what to check : 1st make sure the flange on the muffler it self isn't warped from the factory, lay a straight edge across the flange that goes toward the engine to make sure it's not warped..2nd Make sure the muffler is not hitting the frame somewhere & not letting it tighten up straight to the exhaust port.. The pipe doesn't have any flex to it so if it's not clearing everything it won't seal, you may have to heat the pipe & bend it a bit so it clears..( it happens)😒 DO NOT..!!!! try to bend it cold hooked to the engine it will break the cylinder..!!! 3rd if your trying to run an expansion chamber exhaust on it bolt up the pipe to the engine1st & then see where your at a lot of time those aren't made perfect & you may have to heat & adjust the pipe some where to make it go where it needs to be. The third option I just put in there incase that's what your trying to install..👍I hope one of these ideas solves your problem... P.S. Don't waste your time double gasketing the exhaust it burns out really fast & you'll be changing it a lot & that's just unnecessary extra work...
Great speach, on the build thanks, continue, mr eco trans, say hello we suscribe, joe & bros. We learn a lot. Thanks.
