37:07 That could be a point on the director's intention, but I have another. Many of the characters in the show were inspired by many issues that had actually been big. Several years ago, a female sergeant got surgery to trangenger during his/her vacation. Him trying to come back to the military as a woman, they rejected and disqualified her. Then, she sued the military and went for a trial.
