≫ 3-ingredient Green Tea Matcha Ice Cream Recipe
・Ingredient (for 8x4x2inch pan / 1000ml)
Heavy whipping cream 2 cups / 480g
Sweetened condensed milk 1 cup / 300g (or less to taste)
matcha powder 2-3tbsp / 15~20g
・Steps
1. In a large bowl. Whip the cold cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
2. Add condensed milk, and matcha powder. Whip the mixture on medium-high speed until it becomes thick and stiff peaks form. Don’t overwhip the cream! You could taste the cream at this stage. If too bitter or sweet, add ingredients accordingly and hand whip.
3. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container (or use a food-safe plastic wrap) and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or longer. Could keep stored in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
4. Right before eating, thaw it at room temperature for 10~15mins. Enjoy!

・原料（1000ml）
淡奶油2 杯/ 480g
炼乳 1杯 / 300g（或根据个人口味减少分量）
抹茶粉2~3大勺/ 15~20g
・做法
1.在一個大碗裡，以中高速攪拌冷奶油，直到形成软三角状态。
2.加入煉乳和抹茶粉。用中高速攪打混合物，直到混合物變稠，形成坚挺的三角状态。注意不要过度打发！
3.將雪糕轉移到密封的容器中，或用食品安全的保鲜膜包住，放入冰箱冷凍室至少4小時或更長時間。可以在冰箱中保存長達6週。
4.开吃之前，建议在室溫下解凍10~15分鐘，更好挖！享用！

The sweetness really depends on personal preference. I will say this is medium sweet for me. However feel free to taste cream when mixing them, and add more condensed milk accordingly! Thank you for your interest in this recipe ! ^^
你好，你说淡奶油两杯。我看你的杯是500ml.那等于总共要1000ml吗？
炼乳一杯那就是500ml?
杯是美国使用的体积单位，跟ml/g是不一样的单位。如果要用克的话，应该就是用480g的淡奶油就可以。置顶留言里面有各个材料的用量说明，希望有帮助

Sung Min Jo I don’t think there is huge different in the culinary matcha powder. Previously I used one from Kyoto uji, and tastes great too!
