I'd never spend $399.00 on this phone. I learned to turn my smart phone into a dumb phone. 99% of all people that try to go minimalist with their phones , end up going back to playing on their smart phones because they are too weak and addicted to social media. It's sad.

You can great a mode and shut down any app you want plus other features. Works great

Very interesting, never heard of before. A smart dumphone with enough screenspace to type.
This is literally Android and that means you can flash Lineage OS, MIUI or Color OS on it to make it A Smartphone

Still, this phone is basically Android with a minimalistic interface. A custom ROM being flashed into this phone can change it completely.

Yeah. Should have done that.
But this level of minimalism can be easily achieved by installing a hard blocker. No points to the company for making this phone. A wise company though from business perspective.
I have spent a year turning off, finding every way possible to make the awful iPhone13 into a PHONE. Apple now’s seems dedicated to endless ways to turn OFF the phone, OFF any ringing, This phone did not ring at all for 3 months no matter how many times I turned off the ridiculous FOCUS feature. The name alone is misnomer. It was returned twice got only replaced by same. I begged for earlier phone, but no. Between apple, google the ads was a constant interruption. The SUGGESTIONS, THE UNWANTED INFO, altogether insulting a normal persons’ intelligence. The stupid, dumbed down Genius Bar full of people who know less about phones since the 13 than I do is a complete waste of time. Apple has failed and all new products a nightmare of annoying, complicated “features” that make using them enormous waste of time. The things that were easy, useful are now a big run around just to get things done. Any phone is better. This phone seems fine but overpriced. Nothing like the heavy, clunky, ugly iPhone13, any phone is better than one I paid over $1,000.
just turn your smart phones power/battery saver mode and you already have a dumb phone.

Why so big? Would not buy
It is pretty big. But it does make texting faster and easier.
