Well … this phone is dumb … the thing is that they don’t allow you to choose a carrier , you have to stay with their proprietary cellular plan which is plain stupid. I prefer to keep my iphone se with metro pcs on the basic plan of $9.99 unlimited text and calls domestic instead of paying this “minimalist company “ whose cheapest plan starts at $24 . Dont support these scummy people taking advantage of our needs for digital minimalism by indoctrinating us to a capitalist business model with their subscriptions which they don’t need to do 😢

Got this for my brother.

I have spent a year turning off, finding every way possible to make the awful iPhone13 into a PHONE. Apple now’s seems dedicated to endless ways to turn OFF the phone, OFF any ringing, This phone did not ring at all for 3 months no matter how many times I turned off the ridiculous FOCUS feature. The name alone is misnomer. It was returned twice got only replaced by same. I begged for earlier phone, but no. Between apple, google the ads was a constant interruption. The SUGGESTIONS, THE UNWANTED INFO, altogether insulting a normal persons’ intelligence. The stupid, dumbed down Genius Bar full of people who know less about phones since the 13 than I do is a complete waste of time. Apple has failed and all new products a nightmare of annoying, complicated “features” that make using them enormous waste of time. The things that were easy, useful are now a big run around just to get things done. Any phone is better. This phone seems fine but overpriced. Nothing like the heavy, clunky, ugly iPhone13, any phone is better than one I paid over $1,000.
