Methanol fumes as well could have built up, and that stuff will still affect you even if it's not a visible, super dense, cloud of smoke. But yea, the cabin was probably hot as hell too and moving the door back and forth helps act almost like a "fan" moving hot air out and cooler air in. You're probably right there.

Looking at it even the livery is different, im thinking its the “new car” that was mentioned in the trailer... scotto and block also mentioned a v3 in the works in a hoonigan video about ken’s escort... cuz this car looks like a mix of the v1 and v2... but its not either of them.
