There should be a special place in Heaven for people like you who are willing to take the time and effort to make life so much easier for so many other guys. Thanks for making and posting this great instructional video.
MJ Please get yourself a pair of leather riding gloves, because if you go down, your natural instinct is to catch yourself, and at that point your hands become road crayons and it will not end well for your hands.
You are assuming he falls off and is accident prone lol
Thanks!
I just ordered one off Amazon for $699 on sale and I guess it was the last one HHH store had 🫠 SCORE
I cancelled buying a used moped on FB MARKETPLACE when I saw it. Scooped it up even though there were no specs. I don't have a hoist but I'll have to find someone to hold the bars up so I can put on the tires. I am glad that you are so thoughtful as to make a video as to putting this together. I live in a bldg, so I'm gonna make an as out of myself and put this together in a loading zone even though bldg MGMT will say it's not allowed. My 819cc has been dead for years and my neighbor banged my car, so I need wheels while I get my stuff fixed. Glad to see that it's a good bike! Mahalo, Brah😊
I agree, I've gone done twice in the last year, and I was glad I had gloves on because the second time I had to slow myself down with my hands because my jeans were shredding under me and I had to save my knees
Mine was made in late June 2023 and delivered early August-I shopped the St Louis market before pulling the trigger on My black Clash. I get looks and thumbs up everywhere I go but it’s probably because of the smile on My face. Love it. Surprises Me how it performs for a 168cc, no problems whatsoever accelerating in city traffic, great handling on turns and capable of dirt trail riding. Smartest money I’ve spent in a long time. No EV’s for Me
I’m looking to buy one is it worth it for a small work commute and such?
@@Flyvibez - absolutely
Bro i bought this scooter today from amazon and it gonna take 5-6 days to come. The only thing i m worry about the assembling. Can you tell me when you bought yours its already assembled or you did it by yourself. Pls reply me as soon as possible
Last year and about 2000 miles ago I bought the same scooter from Amazon. I wanted one with large diameter wheels, a flat floor, and EFI. What sold me on this particular model was the engine was made by Lifan. I changed the variator rollers (12.5 grams) to 13 gram sliders and the stock 835mm belt to an 842mm belt. Also added a tiny GPS speedometer just below the stock display so I know the real speed. Another change I made was adding a 20 ohm resistor in series with the engine temperature thermister so the computer wouldn't think it was running too hot and turn on the check engine light. Also changed the throttle cable elbow so it didn't hit my knee and added a small windshield and mirror extenders. Runs great and I use it a lot.
I currently have 530 trouble free miles on my clash 200 EFI. When the bike is warming up and the idle is unsteady for a few minutes I hear a rattle noise and it’s coming directly from the throttle body and I can still hear it once it’s warmed up just slightly less do you think that’s what is causing my automatic slightly rev up by itself after giving it a rev? Or is the ECU keeping the engine running from a stalling out?
Hi, my clash 200 does have hesitation when you play full throttle immediately or when your sitting there idling and rev fulling really fast it will sometimes take a second and sometimes it revs up really quick. I’m pretty sure you had this issue too and fixed it by applying resistors to the thermistor how would I fix this issue? Maybe that’s causing my bike to rev itself back up which would make sense since it only happens when the engine is hot! Could you make a video or is there any diagram of how to add resisters?
What kind of mpg you getting
@@gaspowerrules riding fast, between 55 and 65 (actual GPS speed) it gets 76 mpg without the windshield and 84 mpg with windshield. It does better at lower speeds of course but I haven't checked. I suspect up to the mid 90s.
I'm an absolute noob when it comes to scooters and genuinely on the edge of purchasing this scooter for commuting. I'm curious, what did all your modifications change?
Thanks! I got mine on Friday and it came assembled, but this video helps me get to know the bike. Awesomeness, thank you for sharing!
Great looking scooter, thanks for taking us along!
Thank you! Looks like a great scoot but there are hardly any riding reviews. Much appreciated!
Great video! Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Fun fact: This scooter, at least appearance-wise, is based on the Southeast Asia-only Honda Click/Vario. Considering it sells very well and many people like how it looks, I guess it makes sense that it would be copied in another market region
It's just so surreal though seeing a scooter I practically encounter daily be in American roads
Source: I have one lol
ikr it surprise me when i saw the thumbnail.
ps: I own a 150cc Vario
I was about to say the same. Really aestetically similar with honda click/vario w/c is very reliable. But there are China made being sold here in the Phil.
Click/Vario 125 is the best selling motorcycle her in Philippines for years now.
Yes, I had a white one. This is a clone but won’t match the Honda for reliability. We have both models here and nobody buys the clone unless your desperate to save $$$
@@bermudaboxingpresident21 - Many of the parts in Honda, Yamaha and others are made by the same manufacturers as this Vitacci Clash
Two things to help with slow speeds. Try slight pressure on the brakes, mine are linked so I use just the rear. It stiffens the bike up and you can do the same when taking off for the first few seconds. Secondly if you take about 2 lb of air out of the tire maybe just one it helps a lot. You can tell by how much dirt is left on the tire. If it's a very skinny strip your tires are over inflated, if it's very fat under inflated. Once you find the PSI you like, that's an easy way to check without putting a gauge on it.
The factory tires work nothing wrong but if you know that you are going to keep it upgrade them. Michelin City grip 2, amazing feels completely different. The word would be confidence inspiring, about 300 bucks mounted. Worth every penny I just bought my second for the rear.
Thanks for this video. It was a really big help. God Bless
I own the clash 200 EFI in blue! On mine when it’s warming up I hear the throttle body rattling until it’s warmed when the engine is idling smoother. Also when I slow down to a stop my clash will rev up by itself slightly then go to idle. I had to adjust my air screw on the throttle body which helped. Also it will rev up by itself when I’m sitting there revving it it will rev itself up without touching the throttle for a second. I’m not complaining since it was a inexpensive EFI bike! I changed the oil as soon as it arrived and it barely had oil in it! Good thing I checked and changed it! Let me know if you have any small issues which are manageable like mine! I currently have 530 miles on mine and it’s running great! I did not open up mine all the way until 300 miles but man it’s fast! Ive gotten mine up to 56 on a short back road, it could definitely get to 60 if I pushed it!
I’m 54 pounds, I’m sure it will go 90 mph
@@stephenlandrum that would not be possible for my clash 200 168cc engine to produce that amount of speed greater than 60mph before the CVT belt reaches the top of the torque converter, once the belt reaches the top it will not be able to go any faster being that full throttle is at 7 thousand RPM at 14HP. I’ve had it tested on the Dino without sitting on it and it will top out at 60mph no load just the bike spinning the Dino wheel at a peak HP nearly 14HP and that’s without sitting on it.

Nice moped scooter !! ,awesome video!!😊
I wish there’s headlights on the steering wheel too. Nice scooter 👍thanks for the video 👋🙂
Great video bro 👌🏽
Thanks man!
You should not change the oil until you hit the break-in mileage. It comes with break-in oil, which is different than the normal oil you replace it with. It has different additives, and higher levels of zinc and phosphorus. It’s designed to let the rings wear into the piston walls and form a good seal. That’s also why you want to replace it once the engine reaches the break-in point, because the oil will be filled with metal particulates from the cylinder walls. Replacing that oil prematurely will shorten the life of your engine.
A great and informative comment. Thank you
You sure it’s not shipping oil?
It comes with shipping oil. Definitely should change it before starting as all It will do is accelerate the wear on the engine.
@@dakless8086 new vehicles come with break-in oil. I don’t even know what shipping oil is. Never heard of it. Tried to look it up, Google doesn’t seem to know what it is either. If there’s a modern day manufacturer that sells vehicles filled with oil that shouldn’t be used to run the engine, I wouldn’t buy anything from that manufacturer.
@@rogermurph101 well these scooters are from china sooo yeh id change that oil xDD
It took me months to adjust my mirrors correctly. Because of how big they are and how they have the bend in them you need to have the right angle and tightness of the double nut.
How you mount them determines if you see yourself or what's behind you.
I use that motorcycle..
In indonesia, the name is ALL NEW VARIO 150 KEYLESS 2019
💪🏾✌🏾I got one I love it
Brother, can you do a video on the next size up scoot, the Vitacchi Ranger 250 ?
They may be a clone of the Yamaha Linhai Aeolus or Honda Helix....
When would you do a review a Vittacci Tank 200. Its a interesting scooter.😊
An ideas on a good alarm system that will be able to connect to the battery for this model ?
Any tricks to getting the speedo hook up to sit correctly on the front wheel?
its soooo cool i want one 😊
Great review. Thank u
Wow ❤❤❤❤looks nice
Can you do a update on your scooter a year of your thoughts and how it held up??? I am looking at getting a scooter maybe the 3 wheel style scooter when I came across your video...
do you have to change the gear oil when you first get it?
I just bought the exact same scooter off of amazon, im excited for it to get here!
Do you know if you buy a bike from Amazon if they notarize the MCO? The reason I ask is my state requires the MCO be notarized by the dealer/seller, or they will not process the paperwork for registration. Thankyou.
@@scrambler69-xk3kv All the time if you have the (title/bill of sale) and a picture of the VIN# on the frame they process it. you might be dealing with some "hard As*s!!
How is the bike going?
@@perezorganization7319 I have over 3,000 miles on it and still going strong! Make sure to check your exhaust bolts because they can vibrate loose overtime and make sure the fuel injector is screwed on tight as well because it can rattle loose and leak, other than those minor fixes the scooter is running like it did on day 1
@@perezorganization7319 so far im at 3600 miles and its still running like new!
I have this exact scooter but called the Saipan, and I love it!! the only thing that you will have to change is the BELT!! it will break especially going up a hill or too many "jackrabbit takeoffs. I went with a Kevlar one and the quality is great just like this bike. The fuel injection reliability is what sold me + the look. It is a legit 60 mph, lightweight, and has great mpg. so this is an excellent commuter or secondary mode transportation.
My bike is making a loud sound like the muffler or something? I’ve been taking off fast
Can you provide a link to the belt you put on it ?
@@swatboy9413 probably the bolts on the heat shield are loose on it?? Easy fix!!
exactly what type of belt are you referring to?
@@Dabby724 Gates belt, made of Kevlar!! I bought it off eBay, but at that time it said only 3 were left last year.
Is this smog compliant street legal in California? Love to get one thank you very much.
Just got my vitacci clash. First time i opened the seat, it worked fine. Now it won't open. When i hit the seat button i don't hear anything. I found if i pull on the cable the seat button hooks to, the seat will open. Any ideas how to fix this?
Hello I was just wondering was your float actually stuck and you had to get it unstuck? Or why did you mention the float being stuck inside the fuel pump
How do you add brake fluid for the front brake
Whats thr suspension like do u think u could carry a passenger on this bike eith no issues
How do you change the exhaust on these things
Nice video man looking at getting one from a dealership here at home.....do you know the top end spend yet.....and also do you think it will be good for a 50 mile trip daily just going back and forth to work
I recommend it if you install a better-quality belt.
That far I would prefer a car, but its better than a bicycle
I wonder who makes a larger full touring windscreen for these Vitacchi Scooters ?
Maybe search for Honda Vario / Click model ones ?
Or maybe their Horsepower isn't enough to push a larger screen ?
Any comments on this would be appreciated - thank you.
GY6 accessoriss on Amazon.
On the southeast East asia, honda made this bike... it is called by different names in some of countries it is called vario and some are Honda click... they are pretty popular even the most scooter you could find on Indonesian road... even honda sold this kind of bike over than 500k units every year only on Indonesia.... the difference in this vitacci clash and Honda vario/click the vitacci doesn't come with liquid cooling system and the engine capacity is slightly higher than the one honda made...
What you say is better this or the tank 200cc EFI
Nice scooter
tank 200 deluxe next!
Curious if it is actually a hooligan/rattler 170i
Please tell me where you got the camera
Nice scooter 🛵.
What can you hit for top speed? I have a few stretches where speed limit is 55 so it'd be nice to have something that could stay with traffic without blowing up.
I got one and 73-75 seems be it’s max in a straight

I would really like to have a windscreen. Do they make tall screen for this scooter
Not that I am aware of
Dont suppose anyone knows where I can get a speed sensor for it...tried Vitacci...they never respond and the place I bought it from dont have parts
This is nice scooter but I wonder why I don't see alot people with the tadpole style tka trike moped it leans I honestly want one but I'm not sure about the places that sell them wish Walmart sale em I seen Amazon had it but only the 50cc I want the 200cc
How much did you pay for it? I was just at my local shop getting parts for my old scooter and they had them for $ 2,100
Where can i get a cdi for mine? There's no spark and no fuel pump prime when i turn on the key. All of it stopped after i dropped it
check the kickstand and sensor!! it will give you the same symptoms
@lionelhowell4972 thanks but I fixed it, it was the ECU... replaced it and started up no problem
I purchased this brand new and it dies every time I put weight on the seat, anyone have any idea why? Spider 200cc HHH
I bought one about a month ago. I've watched your video to put it together so thanks for that. I do have an issue. I can't get it started for the life of me. I can get it to start for like 10 sec then it dies. Would you have an idea why?
Start by checking that the injector is connected properly. Also check all the wires. Lets start here.
Any luck?
@@MJTechChannel sounds like the kickstand to me?
Saving this for later. I just got this model and I know nothing about it. T__T;
I wonder how much the power increase if they put a liquid cooling system there instead, the same as Honda Click/Vario have.
Thats not for power, it just cools the engine. In a warm climate it will give longer engine life
Is this faster then the condor 150?
I have been looking at this as a First time Rider. I'm in PA the place I found where I could buy this one is in CA but for some reason they can't sell to PA. Weird,I wonder why.
Try few places in Texas Dallas Power Sports - Arlington Power Sports not sure it they are one of the same, or if they ship to PA I am in KY and got 2 from the places in Texas. Good Luck
Unfortunately, 65 MPH isn't fast enough for many of the interstates in the US. I live in NM, and you need a vehicle capable of sustained 75 MPH on the big roads.
Its a 1300 bike from amazon
😀 what are you expecting
😑
You're gonna need at minimum 250, 300 or a 400 Majesty, Burgman or Silverwing to do that.
This is not for the major interstates!!
Be smart get a real motorcycle!!! If you need faster speed !!!!
the wind destorys this bike 😢
Do you have to buy special plates for those scooters?
NO, most will be a motorcycle plate.
Parent company? Parts availability?
Very nice scooter, for some reason it's not for sale in new jersey, don't understand why it will not ship to new jersey.
Blue state.
Gotta ship it to a 'Red State'
Aka Free America.
(I'm joking but maybe that's a factor. You may require a CARB (California) legal model - many come in both versions.
This EFI Scooter has been great, But recently it started to sputter and would stall at a stop. now she wont start right away like before. Does anyone have a clue as to why? Or any suggestions?
Try putting an ounce or two of fuel injector cleaner in the tank
I wanted this bike at first but I didn’t want to go through all that trouble just to get a motorcycle license
Is this your bike, because if so can you please update us if you find any issues with it, my concern is when you unbox it i saw in big letters "MADE IN CHINA",most of the time that means inferior product soon to break... and I'am having a tough time finding a bike that is not made there.
So then you are looking at a Japanese or european scooter at 3 times the price. Hondas and Yamahas are fantastic and worth it btw if you want to pay that amount. You will get better quality and reliability
make a follow up video bro
How many miles do you think it will last? Assuming it is well maintained ?
It depends on how you use it and follow the maintenance, this one is solid. parts for all these cheaper branded scooters are cheap and plentiful.
40k miles on mine
Who makes this motor on this scooter
For the guy that said there are hardly any riding videos and or reviews on this bike ?, this man here just posted this awesome riding and assembly and performance reviews you or anybody would ever ask for ???, what are you talking about !?, are you on another planet or do yoh just like to hear yourself talk !!??😅

Why is the speedometer off my 5???
Do i need motorcycle license for this? Do they need license plate or insurance?
It's like honda click/vario 125/150. I think this was based from them.
Id rather if I was to get one bring it to my shop pay the money let them assemble it
Good luck getting parts.
Parts are easy peasy.
It's a standard Lifan GY6 engine.
There's now scooter specific parts sites that list em all.
