GAA Top Up Conditioning Session

- Join me for a top up conditioning session I completed before surgery.
With not being in full team training I wanted to get my own conditioning work done to keep on top of the aerobic fitness and keep the body exposed to running demands.
You could use this session either In-Season or Off-Season.
In-Season it would depend on your goals, the level of fitness you're at and how much you're currently playing each week.
Off-Season - take the time to build up the volume over a few weeks. Keep the intensity of your conditioning around 75% or below for the most part to "build the base"
And make sure you're still hitting your speed each week!
