It's been 4 years and this is still one of the best Dragon Ball what-if fights. The pacing, changes in setting, variety in clips, story, tone, music: everything is amazing.
The level of effort he puts into the detail and storytelling of he videos is always amazing. Having Baba in the beginning was great, as was giving Goku an actual reaction to her death to give it weight. Goku’s halo shows a great deal of effort. The dialogue is scrambled together from multiple sources which is jarring at times, but it’s more than worth it for a richer story. The animation can be choppy at times, but it’s understandable and doesn’t detract from the entertainment of the fight and it’s amazing creativity and music. As well as the overall feeling of hopelessness.
"I failed, I don't deserve to live." Once you hear this line from the greatest character, you know everything's over.

This is easily one of, if not the most dark video you've ever done, and I LOVE it.
While you dont release as many videos as drandosk, your approach to video making is quality over quanity. Im not saying Drandosk dosnt make good videos mind you, but their a bit formulaic.
Each video you do however feels different from the others. You constantly use different tracks, and you actually allow for more creative story in your videos. Killing off Baba and involving other world are such examples as well as the bit of goku running away only for black to find him. Thats amazing detal to add in that most VS videos dont bother to do.. You made more than just a VS video, you gave it a story.
Ultimately the inclusion of a story for this fight, the music used, and the editing are what really help you stand out.
I eagerly await your next video.

VOGoshinki Also the scene where Black goes Ssj and his aura is so overwhelming that Goku is sent flying back. Most others like Drandosk would just have Goku look on, but Vegito added that touch to really show how strong Black is.
I agree. Drandosk always has the dumbest matchups. Ex: Shin Hirudegarn vs SSGSS Goku and Gohan, Mutant-God Ginyu vs Goku Black, and Vegito and Beerus vs Universal Janemba. Not to mention his terrible power scaling. They're well made, but that's why I quit watching him.
Poor Drandosk. He needed financial help to continue his channel, so he gets sponsors, and then people don't like the requests his sponsors want and stop watching. Talk about a lose/lose scenario.

One of the most interactive videos you have ever made. The attention to detail is superb. Not only the Halo part and adding a bit to the story, but also the destruction of the city they were fighting it.
Future Goku must have trained for years and years in other world, that's why he managed to keep up with Base Goku DBS. He MIGHT have learned Ssj2 or even Ssj3 in other world but I doubt they would have changed the outcome at all. The more you damage Black, the more he learns and gets stronger.
Although he was still a Ssj when Black used the Kamehameha, he is still a Kai. Its the MAIN reason Super Saiyan Rose exists. Adding his Kai ki to the Kamehameha naturally made it Rose.
Overall, amazing video man. I know you had been working hard on it for a long while. Ever since that Pink Evil Buu video. That was the test. This is the real deal. Knocked it right of the Universe.

Consider this, this Goku is from Trunks future. This is a wild guess lets say that this Goku died 20-30 years ago minimum. Our Goku from DBS was suppose to die say 10-12 years ago MAX.
The story, the cutting, the music, the scenes, the fight, the ending, the suspense... Everything is ❤️.
Right now it seems every "vs. battle" Vegito1089 makes is either a good match up, or it has a "cinematic story twist" to it. As if you can actually see this happening in the Dragonball continuity, or that it can actually fit. Or the characters act VERY in character to the situation. (Or a combination of all of them) There's actual creativity over the quantity of videos, and not just resorting to lazy "OCs"" You can see there was some time an patience put into this. And the Beerus vs. Pyron was a good one too. It's really showing through how the videos are made.... Very interesting.
it funny I think I enjoyed this a lot more than I expect I thought it just going to be a regular stomp fest but the inclusion of a form of story as the pacing of the battle really kept me engaged despite knowing the conclusion. its incredible how creative this was props to you dude you very good video.

And present Goku did? If he can find SSJ3 in 7 years, then it would make perfect sense for him to find it after ~20. In fact, it makes less sense that he wouldnt at least have SSJ2.

This was just epic. The music also added to it a lot and I love the edit.
This is really good and it starting out a more even fight makes some sense because in canon Black got a lot of Zenkai boost from fighting Trunks numerous times over the course of a year, but here Zamasu is still fairly new to his stolen body.

future Goku would have easily gotten Slaughter by black Goku this would have been a very difficult fight for future Goku because if you really look at it look at the current Goku the current Goku as a Super Saiyan blue didn't do any better against black Goku so future Goku wouldn't have done any better against black goku

are u dumb future goku would have mastered ssj3 and ssj2 which means he could go super saiyan 3 grade 2 and super saiyan 3 full power. In the cell saga ssj grade 2 is 5x stronger than super saiyan and ssj full power is freaking 20x stronger than super saiyan so imagine ssj3 x20 hes almost as strong as ssj blue. Plus he could even go add kaioken to ssj3 full power which would make him stronger than ssj blue. And if full power ssj3 goku went kaioken x20 thats means he would surpass even super saiyan blue kaioken. goku didnt even master ssj blue. And if goku just focused on mastering ssj2 and ssj3 he wouldnt need god ki

Weizi You can die twice in the DB world if you still have a body in Otherworld. Once that happens, you completely vanish from existence and don't go to heaven or hell.
That's anime only continuity if your going by the manga then Goku will just pop back up after Black's attack.

Future Goku has been dead for 20 years by the time Black appeared, I doubt SSJ would still be his most powerful transformation.
He has to know that there are other Transformations or he will just focus on mastering Super Saiyan.

No matter what timeline it is, Goku is Goku and it’s in his blood to reach greater heights!! Same with vegeta!!! Goku also in the present timeline said in the Android arc: I have to train and go beyond, the z warriors were giving him the are you crazy goku and he said vegeta knows it too, goku and vegeta are both like that.

dont u guys wonder that by this point in the story goku spending all that time in the otherworld, he would have already met pikkon making him push his SSJ level beyond cell, and therefore unlocking ssj2 and ssj3 and posibly with all that time on his hands SSJ3 Kaioken x10 or x20, and also pushing his base to near cells power, all im saying is he could have won.

Did you know future goku can be revived from the super dragon balls since shenron and porunga can’t wish him back cause he died natural cause and already been wished back during the saiyan saga. Even if Future Goku died again his soul would be out of existence but he can be brought back to life from the super dragon balls. It can wish anything like Zeno said. Just like android 17 wished all the universes from the tournament of power that were erased to be back alive again. Lol why didn’t future trunks ask to wish his future friends back to life when they were killed by the future androids. Lol that’s my theory ik future trunks can’t do anything since he don’t understand much about the super dragon balls..
I'm pretty sure Zeno wouldn't just let trunks use the SDBs, and Trunkses universe is gone becaus F-Zeno destroyed it along with Zamasu and Zamasu destroyed the SBDs
