I had my neighbors cat to watch, I managed to save a bunny from it, but it was badly injured, it’s ribs were all broken, 2 legs and 1 arm. Later I got news, “The bunny was too shocked to control itself, and is filled with blood in the lungs” It couldn’t breathe, and died shortly after, I named it survivor, Rest in peace. 🕊️
Keep your cat inside and that's the best preventative help you can give to bunnies, who are so sweet and are not aggressive. Keep predators away from them to give them a chance to live. If she's been scratched by a cat, it's likely the infection from cat claws will kill it. It could be dead in the morning. I've tried to save countless birds from cat attacks, and even mild looking scratches end up fatal. Get the bunny to the vet immediately to get antibiotics if you really want to save the cute bunny.
@@guineapig0983 that's probably very likely. People usually put their presence animals or pets over the welfare of other helpless wild creatures. Cats can do a lot of damage. I like cats, but would never let them near my bunnies, because rabbits just cannot defend themselves against predators like cats, or dogs even. The same for birds, smaller mammals and even tiny skinks; cats get to them and that's their end.

No. If he wants a bunny he can get a domesticated one. These are wild animals. After taking her to the vet, help her heal up, give her proper room and diet, then release her back home

I was just watching tv and when my mom said my brother called her and we went to see what happened we saw a injured baby pigeon on the floor with all ants on it we tried to heal it with some wheat mixed with water to heal its hunger now when 4 days past we were at the park until my brother called my mom that the baby pigeon died because it had ants in its stomach too Rest in peace 🕊 fly high baby pigeon❤

I specifically was told to avoid handling the bunny as much as possible as not to stress it out. Its really hard to resist the urge to feed, nurse and comfort the rabbit… I hope it gets to go back to freedom one day soon :(
Prepare for it to die. It’s pretty young, and it’s probably not tired, but in shock. Baby bunnies are notoriously fragile and will seem to be doing good for a few days, and then up and die. I’d try and take it to a wildlife rehabilitation center if you’re near one. It may be the same outcome for them, but at least they’re professionals and it has a higher chance of surviving.
@@TrippsPoultry like really don’t want to be a Debbie downer or anything, the fact that you’re helping it at all is truly commendable and heart warming and by god are they so cute and soft, but I really do think that’s what’s best for the little fella. They can give him a chance that you might not be able to, as much as that sucks. I’m glad to hear you’re taking the little dude somewhere that even if he does pass (or even if he does pass overnight, I really REALLY hope that doesn’t happen tho) at least it will be in a warm safe environment and he has a better chance of being comfortable than just being left outside in the cold and rain. I know it’s nature, and nature will take her course regardless of what we do or want, but I think you’re doing a really good thing helping him and taking him to a center.
