The Monarch 10EE 7000.00 Mistake: Spindle Removal

For those that don't know... My Friend paid 7000.00 for this Monarch 10EE at auction, without an inspection... The spindle is bent, the nose was ground off to hide this, the 2800.00 bearings are shot AND the motor drive controls for this 1990 10ee are not the right ones and it only goes 1000 RPMs.. I bought the machine from him and I am attempting to restore it to working order without spending 50,000.00!
