A very big and nice house but very expensive rental price monthly because it is sitting in a subdivision with an enormous club house. Way better than your previous home. Yeah, ask the caretaker about the usual electricity expenses and water consumption bills of previous occupants. Usually houses in a subdivision would cost much higher than little houses.
Unfortunately the house is one year old and they only have the one A/C unit they rarely run so it's not a true costs of electricity for us who will likely have three A/C units and run 2 computers and a stove. On Boracay our electricity is a little over P10,000 a month
Oh Michael what a tool, no way am I gonna subscribe. But don't feel bad because I subscribed a long time ago, love your channel, keep up the great work.
😅🤣
Congratulations to both of you.
2 weeks to fill in Boracay....hello, party your asses off 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺❤️
And don't forget the kite surfing 😉
$530 is so cheap while here in Manila its just a small studio unit
Welcome to Iloilo you wonderful couple. Waiting for your first born to really call your house, home.
Congratulations, house looks great !
Simple house full of love.
A great house for a great price and a great City in the Philippines.. I am an old guy and I am moving there in a month or two and I am going to downsize to the smallest comfortable place I can find.. most places in the Philippines do not have a reliable electrical grid so I will have a small place that I can run most everything off of a small generator when the power is out.. hopefully I can find a place close to dumaguete in the mountains of Valencia or sibulan so it will be cool day and especially at night and I will not have to run the air conditioner.. I want to be close to a town like dumaguete so I can go in and eat at the restaurant and even stay at a hotel if I do not want to drive home..that is a great place for young people like you two who have lots of energy to keep it up and to make all the trips from one place to another in such a big house..hehe.. I love looking at the rentals and that is certainly a great deal.. thanks, 👍👍😎🤗
Sounds like you have a great plan Richard! We hope it goes well for you :)
