Love the podcast. My best guess, Mike will get Hornby to sell off Airfix, Scalextric etc and focus on trains and look for efficiencies like cheaper suppliers from China etc. As a non railway modeller / external perspective, trains are ridiculously expensive i.e. £50 for a wagon and £200+ for an engine.

It will be interesting to see there certainly already has been some changes such as Hornby dropping their planned phases for TT
