In Juneau with beautiful sunny weather, you could've hiked the backside of Mt. Roberts for free, gone to the Alaska State Museum to learn about Alaska Native culture and the first European settlers, the Last Chance Mining Museum, and rented a car to drive to Douglas Island (attached by bridge), Mendenhall Glacier, the shrine of St. Therese, and other hiking trails. You missed a lot of things. Happy you went on the White Pass Railroad.
Thank you for watching and the comment and yes we missed so many things in Juneau. We should have been more clear on the video that our ship docked in the afternoon and they only allowed us a few hours before heading out. We needed way more time to see the area because it looked beautiful.
