Fun fact: The damage ranges wouldn't have don't much on the Lockwood slugs anyway, it was already capable of getting a 1-tap out to like, 40m based on the Goomy video I watched a while back. Things crazy fun, but the slugs are a tad sporadic sometimes.

That shotgun used to be my least favorite but now I'm thinking about it being one of my top favs since the update. My favorite shotgun was always the Bryson 800 because of the damage, the rate of fire, and it's good for close to mid range and also long range depending on the right attachments.
Since I finally got pretty consistent quick scoping, I love running slug shotguns

I’ve been using the MX Guardian with the slugs for a few weeks now, and it is like an auto-sniper at close to medium range. It hits like a truck.

Yo tko, I found a bug on mw2 that you might me interested in where you can equip the snoop dog finisher on any operator. The steps to do this are:
1. Select operator(s) on either faction
2. Make sure the operator you want to do it on is your favorited side
3. Go over to “My Bundles” and find the snoop dog pack and view the bundles contents
4. Hover over the finisher in the pack and then click “square” or “x” to apply, then choose the option “equip to multiplayer”
5. You’re done!
(Disclaimer) You’ll know if you did the glitch right whenever you go to view your operators finishing move and they don’t have any of their available ones equipped!

I actually tried this before when I was grinding for plat shotguns and it was honestly unexpected just how good the gun was with slug rounds. It turned into a literal sniper, ez longshots on shipment made it easy for me to get platinum

You mentioned the range is wild. Slug rounds better be, they are just a solid round, so you essentially have a sniper rifle with no scope.
