@@turdboi420-69This and Into the Spider verse is everything right about a Spider-Man movie vs those lame Tom Holland movies 🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢
Miles got fully grown adults acting like he held the damn spider at gunpoint and made it bite him 💀
This. I hate Miguel for acting like Miles told the spider to bite him
Ikr? The spider came to Earth 1610 because The Spot ran a test that brought it there. Miles had nothing to do with the spider's disappearance from Earth 42, he was just the guy who happened to get bit instead.
Miguel should blame the Spot (when he was a scientist) for bringing the spider into Miles’s dimension in the first place.
Yup, a 30-something dude is beating up a 15 year old boy because the boy won't let his father die. The thing is, Miguel was hostile to Miles from the very beginning, look at the empanada scene. Miles is so eager to meet him, brings food, and greets Miguel happily. The ass just throws the empanada in the trash can and later the can itself at Miles. Very stable guy. Yeah, he is traumatised, but he is still an asshole. If he just talked with Miles without hostility, Miles would have listened.

That "YOURE A MISTAKE" then slamming him down onto the train is so clean
Miguel crossed the line then and there. If anyone's a mistake, it's HIM.
@@YangTheAceyou still don't get it, huh? Miles's spider powers we're not meant for him. The spider from U-42 was not supposed to be in Miles universe.
@@marlonquintana3466 I know. But even so, Miles IS Spider Man, no matter if he's an anomaly or not. He saved the multiverse.
@@marlonquintana3466You don't get it actually lol! But regardless if Miles was bit by a spider that wasn't supposed to bite him. The whole point of getting bit is that it can happen to anybody, even in this case a spider from a universe that isn't from their own. That's why they state in the original movie, "anyone can wear the mask."
@@cartoonfoxguy2002 you're just emotionally compromised for Miles. Miguel O'Hara mirrors cyclops from X-Men. He does what must be done.

He's probably going insane with the amount of stress that the universe and himself have placed on him.
He's projecting.
I see it as a harsh truth that’s clouded in judgement. He doesn’t hate Miles, he just hates that him being spider-man caused all this mess, even if it wasn’t Miles fault.
Dude shut up. Miles is a mistake.

Bro imagine what it was like seeing this fight scene, and movie for that matter, for the first and being absolutely high out of your mind. @@DropBear_42 it's crazy innit I wasn't on anything that strong but I've still never been immersed in a film like that before I almost felt like I was inside a comic book that's the only way I can describe it
loved how this referenced the fact that Miles was the alternative ultimate spiderman when the original peter parker from the other ultimate universe was suppose be ultimate spiderman. The writers did an excellent job referencing original source material and managing to tie them together.
I only wish that they would have called it 1610B or something like that to keep the comics separate because I'm pretty sure that the comics spider-man exist in this timeline
Gotta love how Peter and Gwen both immediately stop trying to help Miles when he catches on to the truth.
I was so disappointed with Peter B in this scene (not in the direction they took his character, I actually think this is great and there's definitely reasons he turned out like this, but from like an in-universe perspective). Like this guy is chokeslamming your 15yo kid friend acquaintance and telling him he's the reason someone died and all you got is a weak "go easy on him"..?
Not to mention introducing him as "this is my friend Miguel, he doesn't bite" (read: he's harmless) when he knows full well that Miguel has a strong and specific reason for hating Miles (he's an anomaly) that means he will likely reject Miles from the Society at best and mistreat him at worse.
They weren't helping him, they were capturing him, by different means.
@alucardsantradideus267 they shouldn't help Miguel all because he really is such an asshole
By all means, Gwen should've NEVER brought him into the society. But of course, she was following orders. No one can blame her but herself...

Everyone is talking about the emotional impact of this scene, but I just love the fact that Miguel was fading the hell out of Miles. That shit was so satisfying--seeing someone more experienced actually be more experienced for once. If Miles hadn't led the army of spider people up there for Miguel to have a moment of panic about, Miles would have been caught right then and there. That feels like an earned win for Miles as opposed to the bullshit most movies pull with how the protagonist gets out of a sticky situation (no pun intended).
I mean it's clear that Miles was holding back immensity. He purposely never went invisible or used his venom.powers.
I think Miguel was physically stronger but Miles’s objective wasn’t to fight but to escape. Miles also did get a few good moves on him, but it was really until the space highway when he started glitching that Miguel began really hitting him.
@@SlyMagmaMiles wasn't holding back at all, he was "Glitching" the entire Chase with messed with his Venom powers which he's also still trying to Master. Also this is the first time he went one on one with probably the best and strongest Spider-Man, he was just out matched
@SlyMagma He didn't use invisibility cuz his goal was to lure them out. Why turn yourself invisible when you need to be visible to bring thr chasers from point A to B.

Everyone quotes the “what’s up danger scene” as the scene that was their moment for Spider-Verse Miles and while it is a great scene, for me, THIS is the scene that was that moment for Spider-Verse Miles. Fully grown and developed as Spider-Man in my eyes and fixed the small nitpicks I had with him in the first movie and he’s really come a long way since the first film and completely butt fucked Miguel here 👌🏻 also Miguel telling Miles he didn’t belong here really rubbed me off the wrong way about Miguel 😒
Letting people to die just because it is part of the canon events doesn’t make you a hero.
@@a.jthomas6132 the fuck you talking about?? 😂 where in my sentence did I say that?? 😂 I don’t agree with Miguel fuck Miguel 😂
@@a.jthomas6132 To quote Stan himself:
“That person who helps others simply because it should or must be done, and because it is the right thing to do, is indeed without a doubt, a real superhero.”
Miles-1610 LITERALLY did not belong. The spider who originally bit him was meant for Miles-42.
Miguel deadass even says it in the clip that because it bit him instead, there was a universe completely deprived of its Spider-Man I.E. Miles-42. Even when Miles reveals himself to Rio-42 she doesn't even know who Spider-Man is. Despite it being completely out of his control, Miles being bit lead to Peter-1610 dying and Miles-42 becoming the Prowler instead.
@littledude7379
But that wasn't Miles fault. It was Kingpin who started the plan to create collider to bring alternative versions of his family to his dimensions, not caring for consequences.
But even so, both Miles and Prowler Miles dimensions are intact. They are not getting erased like in Miguel case of so called "canon event" either Miguel isn't telling full story or is missing the point.
Top notch voice acting, the desperation in Miguel’s voice can be felt along with the insurmountable pressure of “with great power comes great responsibility”
THE LAST COLORS YOU SEE BEFORE HE JUMPS ARE RED AND BLUE MY NIGGA IS SPIDER-MAN 3:34
Omg ur a genius!!!!
I love how menacing Miguel is in this whole scene. The sheer desperation he shows even while trying to rip through the hardlight, to absolutely no avail.
Miguel REALLY needs a vacation, too much work and stress is not good for one man.
He is trying to bring balance to the multiverse, and stop Miles from making the same mistake he did, he tryed to be reasonable with Miles and he didn't listen
@@dreamwalker2865but he’s doing it in all the wrong ways. Like he does not know how to properly communicate with someone in a stressful situation. “You’re a mistake!” “You don’t belong here. You never did.”
Keeping Miles imprisoned in his dimension instead of killing him was mercy and inspite of his reckless and careless behavior, Miguel tried to calmly be reasonable with him and warn Miles of the consequences, Miguel even told him his tragic backstory about breaking the canon and Miles didn't listen, and now Miles has exhausted Miguel's patientice, I call that being be reasonable.
Miguel is trying to keep Miles from tearing his universe apart.

You know since Miguel is also a vampire he’s technically both Batman and Spider-Man at the same time
He’s not a vampire at all lol he’s literally half man half spider; he has a venomous bite
What kind of spider has claws to climb and bite as if he was a lion? He has no spider webs either, so it doesn't make Miguel much of a Spider-Man.
@@kevingarcia6368most spiders have these little spike like things on their legs to help them stick to walls (most insects do).
And they have fangs to bite and induce venom. That’s what Miguel’s fangs do as well.
Miguel got his dna spliced with a spider's when he was trying to get rid of his addiction to a drug. A addiction that would have faded on its own miguel just was in a rush and a guy activated the device which spliced his dna.The fangs are spider fangs where if he bites you it injects a venom that paralyzes you temporarily

That damn giant spider teleporting machine creeps me out. It reminds me of the flying squid robots from The Matrix😂
Can we talk about how epic the soundtrack was for this movie, and especially this scene? The music elevates this scene to another level.

Can we just appreciate how incredible this is. Literally hundreds of Spiders chasing him and he successfully escapes from every single one of them.
Keeping secrets from you by your love interest and letting your own father to die is the worst kind of betrayal a protagonist like Mile Morales had ever experience.
The fight scene is amazing in and of itself but the morality comes into play with it. Miguel is fighting with a burning anger because he sees Miles as being an abomination and to a certain extent he's right since it wasn't his spider to be bitten and he has to deal with canon events playing out or risk destroying the mulitiverse. Then you got Miles who's not even asked for any of this and is fighting to belong in the reality he was drawn into and to save his Father from dying. Stakes like that don't come along too often but when it does...wow.
Even thoe miles sent Miguel flying this is a durability feat for Miguel so he can’t be underestimated because king pin couldn’t even move after he got hit wit the blast
this sequence is one of the best sequences in cbm history chillssss
This was the turning moment of the movie for me. Miguel is "practically" telling Miles to kill himself. then the others didn't told him he was an anomaly. Which I get them, because they found it unrelevant to him and didn't wanted to hurt Miles because they knew he would act this way. But Miguel... damn. He told Miles the truth about his existence, whispered into his ear like a villain telling the hero something hurtful heartbreaking and slamming him into the ground multiples times while blamming him for the reason off all the shenanigans happening consecutively. The dude may be a Spider Man, but he sure ain't no hero. In my eyes, he's nothing but a "cheap f**king knock-off".
Kinda an overexaggeration
I don't think he's telling miles to kill himself, Miguel could have easily killed him if he wanted to, just grab his throat while squeezing and poping his claws out, and it would be done, he's more telling him to not fuck the multiverse up more than it already has been by his existence.
Miguel should blame Spot (when Spot was a scientist) since he brought the spider from another dimension into Miles’ dimension.

Miguel is basically the TVa of the spiderverse movies
Gwens look at 3:40 when Miles jumps off the train. She saying in her head (Miles, he so cool)
The fact that Miguel blames miles for Peter death pretty much confirms…Miguel has not learned what made a Spider-Man yet. Because they know that they can’t save everyone and that people might die sometimes…but to not use that against themselves and to continue doing good
He's not wrong though, Peter died because of Miles being there in the first place.

What a scene! This scene has marked my brain so hard. I didn't know such a beautiful, well layered, well instrumented, well dialogued scene is even possible before! I am glad that this scene exist & we're able to watch this anytime is so pleasurable to me! ❤❤❤
I love those three elbow attacks. It’s at 0:57.
Miguel is so wrong. Miles didn't choose his fate. He's making the most of what happened. Fisk and Alchemex bridged the multiverse and brought the spider. Miguel is similar to Fisk and Scarlet Witch. He became obsessed with the family he couldn't have and took his anger out on some random kid. I guess being a dictator is his way of feeling in control. That's why Hobie dislikes him.
Hobie is trash, hes talking bs half of the time.
And Miguel is not wrong, but also is not Miles fault, the spider shouldnt be on that universe on the 1st place.
1 Peter died thanks to that anomaly, then they fix a mess, but only on 1 universe, the only 1 keeping it up together was Miguel, he saved more lives than any other spider will ever do.
He stopped the collider which would’ve broke the canon in hundreds of dimensions even more than right now.
And he’s on his way to stop the Spot, right now. Although, right now he’s a bit hogtied.
@@evanholloway1692 just because miles did a good job being Spider-Man in the first movie does not change the fact that he’s an anomaly and was not meant to be bitten by the spider. It’s not his fault but he’s not really supposed to be Spider-Man in his universe. He was supposed to have a normal life. And his Peter was supposed to live. But because of kingpin, Peter died and miles wrongfully became Spider-Man. Frankly in a way it was forced upon him. And it also doesn’t justify him willfully going out of his way to try to do something that he has been informed will tear the multiverse apart. After he already did it once earlier in the movie for saving someone else. Literally in the first movie he was told that the hardest part of the job is that you can’t save everyone. And that IS certainly the hardest part. He’s not accepting that and if he doesn’t learn to accept it soon, he’s gonna destroy the fucking multiverse. Arguing miles side is seriously no good here. Miguel even said to him “you’re choosing between saving one person, or saving a whole world. EVERY world.” (Literally every universe and every person that exists or could exist) but he’s being selfish and naive trying to save his own father. Believe me dude I get it. Nobody wants to stand by and watch their dad die. But if he tries to stop it, he’ll kill everyone. He’s not on the right side at all. Miguel is. It’s just Miguel is being very mean about it. But he tried being reasonable and miles continued to be an uncooperative little annoying pest about it.
@@MU74N7K1LL3R though i am surprised you made an essay about this. Miguel is wrong in a lot of ways. One, Miguel should accept the fact that replacing his dead-self was extremely wrong as it was not different to what Kingpin attempted. Two, Did you see Earth-42 shatter losing the spider or the Miles (currently the Prowler) who was supposedly Spider-Man didn't become one? Did you see the universe of Peter B losing because the reason for Mayday's existence is Miles? DUDE, 1610 (the "pest" miles' universe) or a lot of events in various universe being changed would already have been lost if Miguel's conclusion were true. Dude this movie has already shown that anything is possible and fate/destiny can still be changed. Miguel was simply an idiot for letting his emotions win.

Right, this is the scene where I don’t get how people like Miguel. People have a literal crush on him because they think he looks hot. Mate, it’s not about the looks. The amount of betrayal this movie gave off really rubbed off on me. The hurtful words said to Miles and how he was treated and slammed on that train. I dispise Miguel because of this. The true mistake was Miguel.
1:32 My back! My back!
0:01 they do such a great job of making Miguel feel like a monster compared to the rest of the spider people. He's got bladed weapons designed to cut and kill, unlike most of the others who just rely on their fists and webs. And just the way he moves like an animal, ugh such a well designed antagonist/nemesis.
So people probably already noticed this, but that meeting between Miles's parents and the principal, Miles says that he wants to go to New Jersey to learn quantum physics, literally foreshadowing that he meets people (SPIDER-people) who can teach him what he wants to learn. also when Rio (Miles's mom) said to look out for her little boy, its foreshadowing Miles 42/Prowler 42's appearance. I think BTSV will have prowler miles and spider-mes team up with Gwen's team against the Spider Society and The Spot.
Also I personally believe that Miguel, is WRONG! If Miles was an anomaly at all, his whole universe should’ve crashed and burned the second the Spider from Earth-42 bit our Miles, and the whole first Spider-Verse film wouldn’t have happened. Idk why Miguel hasn’t thought about that. Miles is Spider-Man 😤
Miles Earth corrected itself, that's why his Peter died. But yeah, Miguel's canon theory has holes. I find the whole thing with Miguel's daughter suspicious. I mean, he basically let his doppelganger die and took his place. We don't know if he told her, but it's shady. And that apparently Peter B. and Jess didn't question it is....odd.
@@blub1220 THAT is true, which is why I’m pointing it out that Miguel is wrong. How could Miles be an anomaly?? Breaking the canon doesn’t equal a destroyed Universe. At most it means that the universe can either correct itself or implode like we saw in Mumbattan, but even then, that wasn’t supposed to be the aforementioned Canon, because the spider still wasn’t from his dimension, and was never supposed to bite him. That Spider was meant for Earth-42 Miles instead, but it bit our Miles instead resulting in the first movie so even with that discrepancy, Miles can’t be an anomaly. He just can’t be. Also yes I agree the whole thing with Miguel is sus and it doesn’t sound like it’s the only time Miguel has tried this tbh. Like I don’t think we got the whole truth. I know that every Miguel in the multiverse can feel when another Miguel O’Hara dies, but how do we know this is the only time he tried taking another Miguel’s place?? He said it himself, “believe me I tried, and THE HARDER I TRIED, THE MORE DAMAGE I DID.” I mean you’re right! The truth is right there! lol
What about the miles of earth 🌎 42?
@@devindietz7798 he was also destined to be Spider-Man. Spot just brought the Spider to Miles’s earth of 1610 and bit him before it bit Earth 42 Miles
I feel like Miles would’ve become Spiderman even if the 42 spider didn’t bit him, the only question would’ve been when and how

Miles really said nah I’d win 💀 3:09
1:31 the only mistake I see is you, O’Hara. I suggest a new spider society leadership is needed and I move for “a vote of no confidence” in Miguel O’Hara as Spider-Man 2099
Vote for Miles Morales (Spider-Man 2099)
Canonically Miguel O'hara is not an error, unless he is an heir
Spider-Man:Across the Spider-Verse 🖤🕸❤️>>> Everything everywhere all at once. 💀
Miguel: You don’t belong here. You never did.
Me: Says a guy who doesn’t have any spider-sense.

O’Hara definitely went way too far with that one! He crossed the line, Man!…..CROSSED THE LINE!!!!!!
Don’t need it when you have a healing factor.

MIGUEL STOP! THAT’S ENOUGH
O’Hara, You’ve gone way too far with that one! You crossed the line, Man!…..CROSSED THE LINE!!!!!!
Forget O’Hara. I say Miles should be Spider-Man 2099
There's actually 2 worlds worth no Spider-Man to protect them, Earth 42 where Prowler Morales is, and Earth-76020 because that Universe's Peter quit being Spider-Man after 2 idiots made him push Indira "Indy" Daimonji turning the whole City against him.
It's the Spider-Man TNAS universe.
4:55
easily one of my favourite scenes from the movie
agree and the music that comes when the red lines zip and make race car noises
2:29
at that point miguels being a jerk
Can't blame him though. You can't blame either of them tbh
but still. did he really have to slam miles multiple times
Technically you can. Miles couldn't have known this would happen because no one told him about this. That just makes Gwen look bad because she could have gotten it over with and told him.
@@complex2live I was talking about Miles and Miguel
@laishey2594 oh alright. Well, I can't blame him either. I can definitely understand Miguel here. He has gotten so routined in the multiverse that Miles screwing it up kind of fabricated everything. Still though, if Gwen would have told this to Miles, WHEN HE ASKED HER WHAT SHE WAS DOING, this entire thing would be avoided. I mean, Miles fought alongside people from many different universes, I think he would understand the multiverse a little bit
Im sorry but if you have total leverage over the fight the entire time you have your opponent pinned and they start calming down and smiling and talk back, how do you NOT know that they have a trick up their sleeve to escape? When Miles started talkin about making his own story while charging up his electric powers, Miguel shoulda seen it/feel it comng and reacted to it/beat Miles on the spot. A couple more Choke Slams woulda done it.
I think there are two reasons. one Miguel kinda underestimated miles, second Miguel wasn't trying to really hurt miles at best subdue him.
@@jesusgadea3589 Facts
He underestimated. He thought he defeated him not only physically but psychologically and by the time Miles was in his face about how he played him, he was trying to assess the situation but by that time Miles already got his hands on him.
Miguel can literally unalive Miles if he wanted to but he's not trying to do that. He wants Miles to stop running and turn himself in.
@@marlonquintana3466 According to the recent script of the movie, when Peter said to go easy on him, it said “But he can only see his prey” meaning he wasn’t holding back, maybe from killing him, but he wanted to hurt him badly.
It’s also said he was going to kill the Vulture in the beginning of the movie meaning he has no problems killing anomalies.
1:30 1:54 YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT WASNT RACIALLY MOTIVATED 💀
There is literally no reason to believe Miguel is racist.
@@gagecole4913there's no reason to believe that this comment and others like it aren't just meming
Just imagine for a second if Miguel was able to reach miles he would've torn him to pieces
5:39
1:32 - I NEED THIS SUIT! It makes me a better Spider-Man! You just want it for yourself! 🖤😡
Miguel’s wrong about miles. O’Hara can say what he wants about him, but he’s worthy of being Spider-Man
He never said he wasn’t worthy of being Spider-Man. He never said he didn’t deserve it either. He’s only stating the fact that he wasn’t supposed to be Spider-Man. It wasn’t meant to happen and quite truthfully it WAS a mistake. Not that’s it’s miles fault by any means. But still he’s not supposed to have the powers. And he is being quite selfish by willingly going out of his way to try to do something that he’s been informed by hundreds of spider people will destroy the whole multiverse. Miles needs to sit back and look at the damage he’s about to do by selfishly saving his father and not listening to Miguel.
0:14 really gave me chills
I just realized that at 4:30 she clicks "no" to "System Shut Down" prompt
The chock slam reminds me when kunckles did that to sonic .
Lmaoo "You sure You even Spiderman"
3:40 | What exactly did Peter teach Miles? What is Peter talking about and when did Peter teach him this?
He probably wants to credit himself from being the best mentor to miles.
He assisted miles in learning how to use his invisibility on command in the first movie.
Best scene of both movies IMO
1:06 Yoooooooooooooooooooo never noticed that glitch!!!
Peter : miguel go easy on him..
Miguel : you don't belong here!!! You never did...!!!
1:39 every Spider-Man has to make a sacrifice to save someone even if it’s the people he loves and cares about
Yeah and in case you forgot, that includes miles trying to save his father. That’s the sacrifice he must make. And he’s refusing and still trying to save his father even though he knows it will destroy the multiverse.
4:45 wrong universe morales.
THIS WAS AMAZING!
I'm not sure this happen, but I would like to see a film about the society of spiders, their formation, activities, etc.😅
Gwen and Peter closing their eyes shows pain for miles 2:40
Miguel is my favorite character because he like most spider men is defined by his trauma but this time his trauma is making him make wrong choices and making him a worse person as a result.
they removed the line "i'm sorry man, i'm going home" 3:14
prob they did cayse after this scene miles goes to the wrong universe so he doesnt go home
your point makes no sense
