The Fool's Threshold is a window that you can buy from the junkmonger at the Doman Enclave for 4k each. If you don't have access to this NPC, do what I did and shout for help at any major cities. Someone with access will eventually message back and agree to help you out. Then you friend them, add them to your shared private estate, and have them put the windows in your home. Then you can grab them off the walls and use them. Don't forget to pay them for the windows and remove them from your shared estate afterwards.
