For those who are familiar with the metric system (which is what hospitals in the United States use to conform to the international standard): Your son initially weighed about 5 kilos and about 58.4 centimeters at birth. 6 feet 2 inches converts to about 1.88 meters. The metric system is the international system of measurement used in every field of occupation. It is more practical than the U.S. customary system as it has metric prefixes that are derived by a specific number in the 10s. A human has 10 fingers and 10 toes; 5 on each hand and the same number on each toe. 1 meter is equivalent to 1,000 millimeters or 100 centimeters (1 m = 1,000 mm == 100 cm). 1 kilogram is equivalent to 1,000 grams or 1,000,000 milligrams (1 kg = 1,000 g = 1,000,000 mg). 1 cubic meter is equivalent to 1,000 liters or 1,000,000 milliliters (1 m^3 = 1,000 L = 1,000,000 mL). 100 degrees Celsius is the boiling point of water, 0 degrees Celsius is the freezing point of water, -273.15 degrees Celsius is the lowest possible temperature it could go. 1 kilometer is equivalent to 1,000 meters (1 km = 1,000 m). 1 square kilometer is equivalent to 1,000,000 square meters (1 km^2 = 1,000,000 m^2) 1 hectare is equivalent to 10,000 square meters (1 h = 10,000 m^2) The speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second (c = 299,792458 m/s) 1 kilometer per hour is equivalent to 0.27778 meters per second (1 km/h = 0.27778 m/s) 1 meter per second is equivalent to 3.6 kilometers per hour (1 m/s = 3.6 km/h)
I have severe PCOS and hypothyroidism. Yes I do gain weight like crazy and get fat easily… if I eat unhealthy! I finally decided that I wasn’t gonna let my deseases define who I am, I was tired of being the fat friend. I got on a diet and exercise routine and lost 55 lbs and kept them off. I credit my lifestyle change for helping get pregnant. I now eat healthy and walk regularly as a habit. And stay away from carbs and sugars.
Wow, what a bitchy, backhanded comment. It’s impressive in an all about you, judgmental way🤦🏾♀️🙄 No one asked. Perhaps you can learn how to spell diseases next time, before you start casting stones from that big glass house of yours. And no, I’m far from being overweight. Good for you! You are proof that PCOS and thyroid disease are not excuses for being obese. I wish we could get that through my husband's niece's head. She is heading towards the 400 lb. mark.

My son was 20 lbs at 3 months old when I was born I came from the hospital in 3 month old baby clothes I skipped newborn size completely. Most babies born big lose their baby weight my son would drink so much formula it was crazy I’d go through a can every 2-3 days 😂
My girl weighed almost eleven pounds almost 27 years ago. I had gestational diabetes and somehow they didn’t catch it. Never had diabetes before that and haven’t had it since. She died twelve years ago. I love you baby.
I assumed mom may have had gestational diabetes because of his size but nope just a big healthy boy! I want to see an update on him. He’s probably a little spaghetti now lol lol
The fact that he was born with low blood sugar most likely means mom is diabetic along with the high birth weight. I didn’t hear anywhere in the video that she was or was not diabetic.
Women can still have healthy pregnancies with GD, as long as it is controlled so it's possible she did have it and still had a healthy pregnancy as the video stated. @@sharonbass4392

They will need to watch his weight as dad and mum are quite large and that can affect their health, please be careful.
