I recently went on this attraction and really liked it. I could definitely tell the show was just snippets of previous Simpsons content, but they added a lot more to it, like extra effects and noises. I also chuckled at a physical effect they added above the exit door when when you leave, I won't spoil it here. I also appreciated the discount you received for the gift shop if you watched the film. Overall, a fun experience.
My family and I went last week. I agree that it would have been better with new content that was only able to be seen in this theater. Also, the price was steep for a 10 minute experience. All of this coming from an adult point of view. My 4 kids thought it was amazing. For me it was a one and done, but the kids would have gone back in as many times as possible. Overall, combined with the Quick E Mart, it was cool, but not on my list of things to rush out to do again.
That's a little disappointing. Maybe if the price dropped (like HALF) and they rotated the showings it would be worth it. Although I've heard if the locals aren't interested it might now last.... Like you said it seems very well themed but for recycled content at that price... I'd probably pass.
I wonder why they just didn't get the rights to the Film they use at the Universal Parks and just do that since its made to be a 3D motion simulated thing.
well i'll give it this, i've also seen this and was dissapointed by the recycled content. but it's much better than the disney pixar short film festival at epcot since simpsons 4D did add some new segues between the shorts.
With the current health crisis, they need to rotate different films for the showing like including Montages from Simpsons Greatest Hits, The Treehouse of Horror episodes, or even content from Futurama.
With a theater that size I think it would’ve been cooler to do a Simpsons ride clone and change the video to something original and I would highly enjoy it
Thank you for this review. Will be in MB in a few weeks. My son is a big Simpsons fan. We will go to the store but will not go to the 4D experience. Too expensive.
I have been there. I think saying it was 10 minutes is a stretch, before you go into the theatre part where you get a picture with homer it’s 15 minutes and the show itself was 15 minutes. I’m not great at math but that is 30, not 10. It would have been nice to have original content but like you stated the effects were excellent. Thanks for the video
I guess if you count waiting in the lobby then the “experience” is 25 minutes, and that is if you get into the lobby right at the top of the wait time. I do not count the waiting in lobby as part of the experience just in my opinion but others may. The show itself is about 10 minutes.
Thinking about checking it out this summer. I was totally bummed last year when i found out the 5D theater was no longer there. The nice thing about that place was the different content you could pick. And ripleys theater sucks big time if you ask me
Not overley impressed with this one and ripleys one. The 5D theater that was at barefoot landing in my opnion was way better with many different choices if movies. Sadly it is no longer there and that's disappointing
This was very depressing for me I thought it would be fun and good it was just plain boring and for the price yikes jeez Simpson’s didn’t know 40$ was the price for old content
Have you experienced this attraction or plan to in the future? What is your take on this addition to Broadway at the Beach?
I just went yesterday and it sucked did not like it. waste of money.
Went a few weeks ago. It was almost a sold out seating and we all loved it. One of the best experiences we've ever had.

I’m here rn and oh my god as a Matt groening mega fan I absolutely adored this place it was like my own slice of paradise 10/10
It sucks that it shows old content. Thanks for telling us this before possible wasteful spending!
We thoughly enjoyed it. We love the store mart

It's pretty neat seeing Troy McClure in the lobby.

Wow, $19.00 per person!?!? I'll skip it, enjoy the lobby and Kwik E Mart. Yikes!
Thanks for the video. We were thinking about going. Not sure if we will now or not.

Because it’s own by universal meaning it would cost way to much to do so, also I’m surprised they allowed this since Disney owns this now.
@@j.j.q1379 oh I'm sure they're getting a cut of it now.
Thanks so much. We really wanted to go but for a family of 5, the cost is way high especially for ten minutes.

"Thank God this ride is over 🙏🏻😌"

How much is it to watch the 4d
The same.for.universal studios fl ?
It should show new stuff. Thank's for the info.

I loved this experience. Btw 1:46 is my mind blanking me? I can't recall who the blonde in the red dress is
What street can we find the Doughnut Man?
200 S Kings Hwy
@@rickysmith1687 Donut Man must be good! On the corner of Krispy Kreme and Dunkin. And has great reviews on google. Will check them out.
@@ssaunders661 Not bad a nice break from Krispy Kreme
Hey I was wondering when does it start getting warm over their in Myrtle Beach?
Over their what?
Thanks for the review. It helped us know whether our son on the autism spectrum would enjoy it or not. (Poking is the thing he doesn’t like.)
It’s all true! I was there last week.
we went here and sat third row...from the front...i spent a lot in the store...i will bring my kids again.
Are 2 or 3 year olds allowed in theatre?
I got a Lard Lad donut when I went to the Kwik E Mart not knowing it was just a Donut Man donut lol. I was wondering why it tasted familiar
Can you go to quicky mart without seeing the show?
You can go to the store without seeing the show.
I “rode” this a few days ago I was the only one in their.
christopher stroud lol I rode it to yesterday and I was the only one
In their what?
US 17, Myrtle Beach SC
I saw it I just got back from mrytle beach
Thank you for this review. Will be in MB in a few weeks. My son is a big Simpsons fan. We will go to the store but will not go to the 4D experience. Too expensive.
Don't think it will be there very long
mr myrtle good to hear the commentary
I’m at it now

It’s not 30 mins at all
Who enjoys waiting in a lobby
For those with autistic children they can turn the effects off of their seats. I had seen the shorts but the experiment was better than ripleys 5d

i be there last time
Might be cool place to check out
And it's gone
Do the arms of the chairs raise up?
the only thing worth on this experience was the photo, the movie experience was lame and not worth it at all
Not overley impressed with this one and ripleys one. The 5D theater that was at barefoot landing in my opnion was way better with many different choices if movies. Sadly it is no longer there and that's disappointing
Complaints about recycled content= cue comic book guy, "worst episode ever."
Seems way overpriced for 10 minutes. There will be another empty building in that area after a couple of years.
This was very depressing for me I thought it would be fun and good it was just plain boring and for the price yikes jeez Simpson’s didn’t know 40$ was the price for old content
well, that's not going to last long
