It's a flywheel holding tool, available for a few pounds off Amazon. It fits into the slots on the flywheel to stop it turning as you torque the bolt. I put a couple of drops of threadlock on too, just to make sure. 😉
Hi guy's, i live in Thailand. We own a PCX. I have a vbelt warning sign on my display at the moment. Can you advise me what to do? The maintenance book is in Thai so it hard for me to find out the solution. There's about 10,000k on the bike. Is it possible that the belt is a bit loose and needs tightening?
It's probably just the service timer that comes on after a set mileage. The belt should be replaced after 15000 miles, but there's no way of tightening it before that as it runs on an auto variator.
Like how do you know when it is tine to replace it? Maybe this is stupid question but i am a beginner i dont know much about these things
The service interval is 15000 miles on the PCX. I changed mine as part of the service at 10k and it looked like it could last another 10k!

the metal dust is harmful

It should come out as easily as the rest. Give it a soak in penetrating oil overnight and see if it frees off.
