I agree that the new Piklopedia feature where you can fight enemies with whatever Pikmin you've unlocked in more or less unlimited numbers is amazing. Great for practice, AND for venting some rage!!
here's a tip: within the final area, there are very large human-like crab thingies. the best way to deal with them is to have Oatchi charge at it's legs, and then ATTACK IT. hope this helped you a little bit!

Minor spoilers for the complete Treasure catalog? I am only talking about the one's that have actions though under the read more, but I won't risk it :) As a scottish person it was surprising to actually hear someone mention a Javelin, much less in a Pikmin 4 video :0 I went and read the Startle Spore piklopedia entry and the person is most likely talking about what Olimar's has to say about it! Also as a Windwaker lover (it was the first Zelda game I got to play, my mom wouldn't let me touch Oot in fear of my five year old self deleting her almost completed save.) That there were pearls relating to the three golden goddess'! The one of wisdom, Nayru's pearl, is given to you by the giant fish! (I'm sorry I am not going to wrack my brain to remember the fish's actualy name.) I went through my 100% completed pikmin 4 save to find what treasures have actions and there aren't that many, the three music boxes (yes there are three, you should 100% listen to all of them.) the unbreakable promise, the Jiggle-Jiggle, the Maestro of flavour, the Belted delicacy, the fish-bed snack, the roundabout express series (When you get all the toy train pieces.), the micromanagement station and the stone of advancement.
I appreciate that you put the minor spoilers under a read-more! :) I went ahead and took a screenshot without reading it yet, so that a friend can help me reference which ones I should check actions for when I next do a Treasure Hoard reading. 💙 Haha, I hope it was a nice surprise to hear about javelins! :D I've always found Scottish culture fascinating -- I'd love to visit Scotland one day! It does indeed sound like the Startle Spore surprise has to do with Olimar's entry, which I look forward to reading hopefully in the next bonus episode -- gotta save our guy first, though it may be a while yet. :) Also AAAHH it's so nice to see another Wind Waker fan in the comments!! 💙 Thank you so much for the reminder; I believe the fish's name is Jabun?
