Just can't believe how really great this bike rides compared to so many others. I'm 75 and just have a completely renewed interest in riding. After 200 years the Dutch have got it right. Monster hills are no problem and flat runs at speed will meet all your expectations and more.
Good point. Here's a quick rundown: The Nevo is still the most premium step-thru on the market both because Riese & Müller gives you more options for customization and based on component spec. That being said, the spec of the Ultimate is right on par with the base level Nevo. The Ultimate T10 is lighter weight, but the Nevo offers a higher torque motor, or, if you choose, a high speed drive. My recommendation is to try the two back to back, consider your needs - for instance if you want super long range, the dual battery option on the Nevo is hard to beat - and then choose. You will not be disappointed by either bike. -Karen
At first really loved this EBike, however after much deliberation and personal experience with maintenance on chains and derailleurs 😬🥵thought otherwise. Why should we fork out thousands of dollars on a Commuter type eBike that hasn’t progressed on to Belt Drive?? Not doing it!! Turns out that Gazelle does have basically the same bike, but with a Belt Drive. It’s called the Ultimate C380, but not being exported to North America!! And it’s only in a boring gray color. 🤔 Come on Gazelle!! Where are the choices??
The New Wheel Electric Bikes Now that would be worth buying, especially if also available in Champion Red and Ivory. That slim fork with shock is oh so sweeeeet!! Thing of beauty!! 🥰😃

A comparison to the R&M Nevo that you also reviewed would have been nice.

Strange. No one talks about how to ride a E-bike every single day regardless the weather. No one talks about how to E-bike through the pouring rain.
??? no problem there, some people use it to commute to work everyday.

im a turbo kinda gal myself...hihihi
3,500€ is way too much for any mid high end bike... the stuff used isn’t that expensive.. you could buy a car with far more technology in it..
no one forces you to buy one !! its a buyers choice.
