    Thanks for the information and showing your garden Annette. Here in The Netherlands we call this plant JUDASPENNING. Kind regards Joke.

    In America, we call them money trees. Thanks for the information about black spot and salvis. I am going to try it. We are having a very damp June her in Washington state, USA and the slugs and snails are horrific this year.

    Hi Annette, I love how you take time to share your plants and what you do with them. I can't quite believe it's almost July. It's great you are thinking ahead and sowing for next year. Well done on making your garden so interesting. X

    I didn't recognise some plants that had self seeded in my garden and was thrilled when they turned out to be Honesty. It was so nice to have some early colour as the garden hadn't really woken up at that time. I had quite a few as I couldn't bare to rip out the original plants last year because I liked the seed pods too much.

      Yes, the seed pods are the best bit, although that spash of colour in April is wonderful! 😊

    Thank you for the advice on the honesty plant, I have them but didn’t know about the outer layer.

    Loving that penstemon. Loving your videos - furiously taking notes for jobs in our NZ summer in December. My honesty was sown in pots in early autumn and I was wondering if they'd survive if I planted them out now with -1 to -4C frosts (they're around 8" tall) ❤

      I think they'll be happier in the ground than in pots. I'd plant them out. 😊

    Little white pet is not a David Austin Rose, it was introduced in the 1870s and is a sport of Felicity a perpetual. Just because you bought it from David Austin doesn't make it his.

      Hi Diana, you are 100% correct and, although I mistakenly said it was David Austin when speaking, I didn't give them credit in the actual label. Please do forgive me and thank you for keeping me on my toes! 😊

      @cottoverdi cheers Annette.
      I'm sure it was a slip of the tongue, I don't know what made me sound so fussy. I always watch your channel and agree with 90% of what you say.

      Even though Annette was very gracious I do think your comment came across as abrasive (if not rude), you may not have meant it to do so but....🤔
