- In this Fishing Challenge, I let my GIRLFRIEND choose my Lures/Gear for a day of fishing. She's not too familiar with fishing gear/baits/lures so this should be interesting.. We then take our purchases out to the waters and see if we can catch some fish!
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 289,500 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

The shot with a shopping cart and desk chair submerged in the water was just priceless. I got exhausted with the girlfriend section and i thankfully wasn't even the on that had to appease her. You are a stronger man than me. Brutal baits from the Barbie bait section.
I don’t care what anyone says, out of ALL the fishing channels on UA-cam, first state is the best! I like that you don’t go for the biggest bass like everyone else, you actually enjoy catching fish no matter what size. I share that with you. Keep up the good work!

Old video but I like how she stuck to her guns. He was trying to guide her into what he wanted and she was like "nope, I am doing what I want to do". That makes it a true challenge. I hate when people try to guide the people who they ask to pick out "anything" for their fishing challenge towards what they want. Just leave them alone and let them choose. That is the point.

I live in NC so the two best fish to chase are White Crappie and Large mouth bass and honestly I occasionally use soft plastics such as large tube jigs or a 4’’ worm “wacky style” but my Go-To bait is always an in-line spinner. They come is tons of colours, styles, and sizes. It’s more or less triggering a reaction strike from the fish, so it works when it’s early morning, mid day, hot cold. Whatever. They’re awesome. Panther Martin, Mepp’s and Ozark are my 3 favourite brands. 👍🏼🇺🇸
I’ve tried using circle hooks a couple times, but couldn’t quite get the technique down. If you can consistently set a circle hook then my hat is off to you.

Sawyer bug spray 20% picaridin. I walk thru mosquito swarms and it makes me feel like walking dead when they rub zombie guts all over themselves.the mosquitos fly near you then don’t really bite all that much.
The dragon flies shred I use um at this pond I saw a lot of em at and the bass just swallow them
