@@martinroscoe6890 i did have a spare rear end of a mini that i was gonna build a trailer which would have been perfect for this😅 but i sold it 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏻♂️
@@klegraefe im sure it will over time or the heat will break down the plywoods glue, you could also buy some of that rock wool or what ever its called, its like extra dense fiberglass and staple it to the wood if your going to do this permanently. another possibility i though of was build a larger steel box and transplant all your oven internals into it to make a larger oven but thats more for large scale diy projects and would take up a lot of room
@@c4k3t0otz6 yea I agree, wen and if fails. Ill switch over to a metal box we did toss around the idea of switching all the eternals to a big metal box but yea it takes up room and also idk how often ill b doing frames or anything that big again. More of a personal project haha. But def be doing mini parts for sure!!
That compressor firing up scared the Jesus out of me with my headphones on haha

Right!! The color fucks hard!!! Absolutely love this, thankfully i was able to get the color off the owners from way back then!!
That would be a epic paint colour for the Mini !!!
I wish man!! I could probably find something similar in automotive paint hmm 🤔
Dude, looking good, all you need now is a box big enough for the mini shell 🤪
Ah shucks, Here we go again!!! 😅 🤔
What if i had another spare mini shell and made the shell an Oven on its own 🤔
@@klegraefe hey, now your talking. Any excuse to buy another mini shell😆

I've seen plans for a fire safety box made out of wood. So, wood is a good option. Foil is a good extra.
It’s been almost a whole year now and the box is still going strong haha.
Dam that shit worked let’s go!
Bro idk how and im not asking questions 😂
Awesome, I have been think how much heat for how long plywood would handle for this exact reason. I want to powder coat my quad frame one day
Yea the wood holds up nicely. I think that smoke was from the frame jig.. there was still grease on a small part of it. But cant say for sure
@@klegraefe powder also off gasses so it could be that
@@c4k3t0otz6 yea true! Also the box has no visible signs of chard burnt crispynesss . Still looks the same as wen we built it.
