I had my 3 month blood test and my bacterial loading had dropped. The doc said thats good and it means the penicillin is working. Today i had my 6 month blood test and i will get my results in a couple days.

I was tested positive with syphilis last july 2023. I had the symptoms since may 2023, unknown red spots on my feet sole and palm of my hands and generally feel weak. I kept asking myself since may 2023 until the day i got tested why i always feel sleepy even i slept 8 hours a day and had proper meal and nutrition.
I went to our local healthcare ang got jabbed in the butt with penecillin G.
The doctor told me that I have a lenient syphilis. Maybe i got the syph way back year 2018 or 2019 and the bacteria just slept. Thankfully the medicine was free.

Syphilis is a bacterial infection. HIV is a viral infection. You can get one or the other or both. Syphilis is curable with antibiotics. HIV is treatable with antiretroviral medications.
