I really appreciate you and respect you immensely for keeping all of this up at once. It's honestly okay for you to upload late or answer later (or never) if it's just not working out. Nobody here wants you to burn out and stop loving what you're doing, and least of all do we want your health to suffer. It's good that you're still taking care of your hand, and I hope that you'll continue to reduce the stress on it as much as you can even when you feel like it's all healed up, since you mentioned that this wasn't your first time you've had this. Just take care of yourself! ❤ I absolutely know the feeling of being so tired that sleeping simply isn't enough, it's a kind of mental or emotional fatigue from very stressful and demanding days back to back. In this case, too: If you feel tired out, then allow yourself to rest and only do what you absolutely have to. 🤗 Having heard this, it's all the more amazing how much creativity you've put into this place. From all the beautiful details I loved the pizza slices the most. I never thought to use that floaty this way - ingenious! 😁 And yes, the "combined" lot type is absolutely perfect for you! I think they won't be able to keep separate lot types up for much longer, since we've already got so many different types of community lots that you can't really fit all of them into one world if you still want residential lots there, too! You basically have to build multi-purpose lots and then just switch the lot type to what you need at the moment ... It's unnecessarily complicated. 😑

I love a good multifunctional lot! I don’t see many people doing them. But they are so beneficial when playing the game. As someone who likes to play realistically, having my sim grab a slice of pizza and then some tea after a long morning of thrifting just seems right. I’m going to say it, but answer comments when you can. Please don’t feel pressured to answer everyone in one day. If it’s over a week, that’s fine.

Definitely reminds me of something that could be in North Portland. I lived in Portland when I was very little and moved back when I was 16 and stayed to graduate high school. It's so expensive to live there, otherwise I would've stayed. I'm from WNY originally, not far from Buffalo.

I also do a lot of these fake restaurants because they work so much better than the actual restaurants! :D I'm currently building in Henford and I just added a fake café and a chippy place into the bar lot and I love it now! Your builds are always very inspirational ^^ I hope your hand is doing better now!

Loved the idea of using the food vendors inside buildings as a cheat way to serve food, without having to make the lot a restaurant lot (still pleading with the Dev Team to create multi-lot types!)
