IDigIt4 you're going to make Chris jealous with that
That bad boy looks hungry sitting still 🎉
Wow that is the mulcher to rule them all
Talk about big munchie that would great for those hard to reach jobs start from the top and work your way down great video thanks Davin
If they were making a new rendition of the movie FARGO, I imagine the dude would be using this instead of a chipper🤣
You are like a kid on Christmas with a new toy. I love your enthusiasm. and you are keeping it fresh and entertaining.
TOTALLY ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO DAVIN 😊
Now I can never look at little munchie the same.
That thing can mulch. Great for ditches and such. But I gotta say, I think the CTL version could have done the same work faster. Knocking a tree over and grinding on the ground just seems faster than using the mulcher head to top the tree and then follow the trunk down, and mulch the tree top. More steps. The CTL basically just drives back and forth and it's done. Anyway props to the dealer and Coastal Asphalt for putting this demo together. Great seeing more TMC Cancela heads in action.
I agree, mulch on the ground. You see him doing the same thing over and over !
Monster machine, but no doubt is incredibly expensive as well. Really can't see it being able to pay for itself, because to do so would make the hourly billing so high no one will pay for it. Seems like something the government will own. Thanks for the look - great video.
And not to mention transporting it to the job site.
I’d think you would need bigger trees to keep using that machine.it does do some serious mulching.just keep doing what your doing and thinking.great video 👍👍👍😎😎😎
That thing is a beast! It's like having wall grinder that makes chips on a trailer but this one on an excavator
Awesome job doing the demo... something about seeing a mulcher test into stuff that's just cool.😎🇺🇸🌲🌳🌴
I ALWAYS enjoy your videos. They are informative and very well done, especially the time lapse. HOLY MOLY! When you fired up this machine, I literally felt the vibrating power of it on my desktop. It pulverizes!!! WOW! It must be thrilling to run a machine like that. One question. What does it mean when you say it's running on so many gallons per minute? (this one was 66). So many gallons of what? I am not knowledgeable about these machines, so it you could explain basically. Thanks!!
I am putting this on my Christmas list.
That’s a beast.
Good video Brother. That beast would’ve been handy on the last job.
What a beast.Thanks for sharing.
Monster Munchie.... you need one
Who's going to give him the money. That machine is not cheap.
I love the way it rains wood chips!
Awesome 😎
I don't know, I think the mulcher on the skid steer is faster and more thorough. The mini is better for the ditch banks and small brush. Just my opinion. Good video though. See you soon.
Looks like a mafia grinder they would use to take care of snitches!😮😮😮😮
That is impressive, the mulching head is basically the size of a skid steer head. So many jobs have difficult spots to reach on embankments, ditches etc. , it allows you to reach spots you couldn't with a smaller machine or a skid steer. Thank you for sharing , keep up the good work!
Intro music was a banger!
🙏💪👊
Very nice
Piece of equipment
that head whistled when you spun it up. WOW
That is one massive machine but the grill on the front which I know is a safety feature would drive me insane! I have to be able to see where I am going and what I am doing. Another fine job Devon.
Awsome machine.👍
SWEET!
The excavator is really cool, it's amazing
More power, wow what a beast.
hello devon & it's is randy and i like yours video is cool thanks dave friends randy
That can get the job done. Wow
The door with the criscros guard is blocking view.
Great machine!
Wow an awesome mulcher . So when are you buying one ?
Ouch!!!!
What is best type equipment you know for overgrown silverthorn? It eats chainsaw chains because the branches are like tough vines and they somehow find their way between chain and bar. Maybe a disc mulcher?
Mulcher is the same only mounted on bigger machine .rite!!.😢😢
That thing is an absolute beast! Bet it really grinds them up running80 gallons a minute.
It's not running where it should be ( machine) that should not slow down at all
every mulcher I've seen being used slows down a little. They all need recovery time.
They all the same I have a FAE bl4 ex on a 25ton cat it’s runs the same could get to run a little better with more oil flow through aux valve also so used to run a prim Tec pt475 with 500hp they still slow down and need recovery time they just recover quicker and mulch up bigger wood faster
I enjoy watching all the different configurations of forestry mulchers and the greater the flow rate to the mulching cutters, the faster they move through softwood forests in the USA. After using a Kubota 45hp tractor with a rear mounted PTO driven mulcher, I am uncertain how the mulchers I see in the USA would do when they are used in Australian hardwood forests overgrown with all manner of noxious weeds and vines. I suspect the hardwood here would reduce the time of 100 to 150 hours between fitting new teeth to a mulcher, however I am uncertain how much time these USA mulchers would get if they were operating in Australian over grown hardwood forests. I welcome any feedback on this question...
Hungry beast 😂
wont be long you will have the excavator dancing
😊😊😊😊
Cool video, that thing is a beast. I’m with you on the metal screen, I bet that was annoying to look through…
🤯
She is a beast!
I need a mulched for my back yard trying to clear a lot of small trees and vines lots of overgrowth don’t have the money to get one though
So you do it by hand like i do, takes longer but gets the job done!
This is one of those times it would be nice if you could rotate the head so you can get it into the bottom of the ditch easier.
that thing can turn a forest into a parking lot in day
It's a shame that you can't rotate the head by 90 degrees. With the head rotated you could do some serious damage to the areas around the creek. Really enjoy the videos, keep up the great work. THANKS. (ps. rotate the head)
I can only imagine what that mulching head cost's
Tree to dust 2 seconds lol
I understand the screen in front of the window but it makes the visibility way less. I’d say get rid of the screen in front of the window door. Good video though
If it was ran at full speed you'd understand why it's on there.
@@scottbamasime4338 I’m not stupid I know why it’s on there
who buy the pallets😇🤔
I think its too slow . the cost of the EQ pulls your time
It’s bigger and more powerful, but it’s not any faster, actually seems slower.
It's actually the machine it's hooked to. Not plumbed right. If it were you'd never hear it slow down..watch European videos doing this with same size units they don't slow at all.
A mulchologist.
I love that LOL!
A lot of overkill
And how is that a bad thing...?
Not real good performance from that head for it's size, but it's the machine running it not the head. If it was plumbed from the factory you'd never have to stop to let the head catch up. It's too bad you can't see it running full speed..
Tractor mulchers are more fun to watch--- < much faster also > so sorry1❗💯🎯😭
I'm sorry sir, I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of a tree in that location.
Job looks unfinished. Maybe it was finished off camera.
Yes that's a very powerful machine with it's mulching but while you are sitting in the cab you can't really see anything that you are mulching because of the metal screen on the front of the windshield of the machine and it must be hard for you to see and for people you are trying to show no one can see anything other than what you are telling people !
Ive run alot of forestry equipment with armor, you look past the bars and mesh. The camera focuses on the mesh, but human eye looks right past it, just like a screen on a window at home.
Meh
Chris has a 250 doesn’t he? That’s only a 60,000lb machine which is on the smaller side in the grand scheme of things
JSYK. LD18 / Chris purchased a slightly used Hyundai 330 XL about a month ago, which is a 76 to 78,000 lb machine. ✌🏻
Fantastisch Good work you the best friend Top thans te video men 🚚🌿🌾🚜😎🌞🧣🧤☕🎄🎧✔️
