Really like these type of ph/tablet/ GoPro mounts. I'm looking to see if I can adapt one to the XJ🤔. As you mentioned they are of better quality and design than mainstream stuff... Looks good in the Gladiator!

Yeah it’s super solid so I think it will stay in place during wheeling even hard hits etc. heavy corrugations might be interesting though. We are Aussies but we moved to NZ for just a bit over 7 years living and working in Rotorua. Was originally going to be 12 - 18mths for a working mountain biking holiday but fell in love with the place. We came back 3 years to due to a family matter but miss NZ every day, loved it. Where are you?
@@filthyoffroadadventures I’m originally a Hamilton man went to Brisbane for 17 years then came back to New Zealand to Hamilton then Hamilton was way too small then moved up to Auckland which is way better beaches 4 w d park . MTB Park etc
@jeremyharris4415 just down the road from Roto. We didn’t spend a lot of time in Auckland but have ridden a bit up there as have some mates there still.
@@filthyoffroadadventures I have done plenty of riding in Rotorua and in Auckland etc but had an accident two years ago and stuff my back up can’t ride anymore. Hopefully beginning of next year I might be able to get off ACC or compo in Aussie terms then buying myself a other 4 W D so can get back out there on the trails

Waiting for the go pro ball to turn up, cause I know it’s going to drive you spare not to have the camera smack bang in the middle of the car.
It will give me something to talk about as we travel the country on et the coming years 😂
How does the price compare to other brands?
They are a little more than some of the other better brands but not much. Difference is the use of alloy and carbon fibre as a posses to plastics. Definitely recommend one if you need a quality product.
