    Viral Mistry, if it is not a consistent height of both fluids it will never work. You can use a GWR (guided wave radar) to detect the interface if needed. Mathematically it can be figured out, but it would be ever changing using a pressure transmitter. I have some DPs I use in processes like this. I take the avg. height of each fluid and multiple by Sg (specific gravity) by the height, then avg them out to give me a relative Sg.
