    At 1:25, supposedly the two manifolds are block valve usually open when normal operation. The middle valve is equalizing valve and usually close during operation. The function of the equalizing valve is to create DP when it is close

    In open tank method , transmitter is mounted 10" Below the 0%. If it means URV will be 40"*1*1*=40" H2O but you put 30" Of H2O as URV
