John, I bought the PBJ Sowbelly, too. It has a lot more “peanut butter” than jam. I have seen photos of other PBJs that have also no peanut butter. I told one fellow that we should put our two knives in the same box for the night, and see what comes out in the morning😆 At least the fit/finish is good on mine, but dull blades. Speaking of Case sowbelly, I am still enjoying a certain Case Kirinite which you are familiar with.
Gorgeous looking knife. I love the peanut butter and jelly series. No I didn't get any of them. I will just enjoy seeing them when you guys display them or chat about them
Very nice looks like yah got a good one! My trappers have a good amount of peanut butter but my Barlow is almost a jelly sandwich 😂ive heard a few complaints about a lack of polish on the tangs. Glad i picked up 4! Missed out on the sowbelly. Slippy and Mickey should be really happy! Very cool you could pick up a couple for them!
Established 1889 just like Carhartt curious if there's any relation there I know how you like those sowbelly that is a beautiful knife thank you for sharing
Love mine too! However, it came with the smallest amount of blade rub on the sheepsfoot from the main…oh well. Strangely on mine, the long “peaks”of the jigging are much flatter than other corncobs I have, almost have a sawcut look/feel
Could you give me info on the wooden box in your intro? I like it and would like to get one to put my knives and multi tools in. I enjoy your channel. That is a nice knife. I bought my dad a case knife about 20yrs ago I believe stockman and had blue scales close to that one. Thanks.
Seven dots would be a 2023 made blade. Six dots for 2024. My pB &J Sod Buster is an 6 dot and my like Stockman is a 6 dot. SodBuster is heavy on the Jelly and my Stockman is got equal coloring of brown and violet. Missed the Barlow and Sow Belly when tried my third order on Sunday. A
@@ThriftyKaniffy It would be my impression that CASE does make as many Sowbelly models as they do for other patterns. And as quickly as the Barlows and Sowbelly models were sold, I truly wonder how many were produced with this PB & J color jig bone. SMKW was dipping their toe in the water on this color, and would expect another one in the fall. The SeaDragon was a halfhearted test (imho), and seconds arrived on certain patterns. But the PB &J was intentional for all intended patterns with limited count. Not to repeat myself but your reviews and summaries are spot on.

That might work! Yep, not a lot of peanut butter on this one. Thanks, Mike. Enjoyed the photos.
Beautiful Case specimen!! Thanks for sharing TK!
Thanks very much, Eric. Another fantastic Sowbelly in the collection. Tony Bose did these right.
Gorgeous looking knife. I love the peanut butter and jelly series. No I didn't get any of them. I will just enjoy seeing them when you guys display them or chat about them

Tony did a great job with the design. It's shape is just right. Thanks, Pres

Less peanut butter more jelly but it looks really nice, well put together, thanks for showing it, TK.
I agree. A whole lot of grape jelly. Thanks, Jose.

Lots of blurple. Jammed up and Jelly tight. Thanks, David.

Yea the UK guys would have a difficult time getting these. This one was mostly Jelly. Thanks, Andrew.
I actually managed to snag the large trapper and the Barlow. Both are absolutely beautiful knives 😊
Congrats, DeCal they sold out quick. A great looking series!
These ones are proving very popular!
They sold out fast. Scalping going on all over ebay for them now, unfortunately. Thank you, Rob.
Really good looking knife. I still can't believe I totally missed out on any of these. Thanks for sharing and God bless.
Yes, they went really quick. These Exclusive don't last long. Thanks, Stan.

Not sure the relation. I do like a nice Sowbelly. A great knife for EDC.
That looks great!
Thanks, Randy. This series is really cool. I like the uniqueness of it.

Seems there is a ot of variance in the colors from one to another. Sorry to hear about the rub. Thanks, James.

Sweet knife. You're the Yoda of knife reviewers. 😅😊
Short and green.
@@ThriftyKaniffy I was thinking more along the lines of master jedi.
Nice looking knife
Very happy with the F&F I recieved on this one. Case can do it when they want to! Thanks, Jeff.
@@ThriftyKaniffy you're welcome. Yeah they can
I like that is has more jelly
Yep, this had very little brown to it. Good to see you Kathleen. Have a great weekend.

Yep, my mistake. Thanks, G. Weird that it's 5 months in and an older blade was used.

Interesting. Not a fan of the brown accents but the purple is cool.
These turned out to be mostly Jelly. Thanks, Ray.
How that's so aswomev
Hey Black Suit, good to see you. Yep, these were pretty darn cool. Thanks for having a look.
