I’ve been driving a ‘24 Palisade Calligraphy since August. I’ve owned Accura, Lexus, Tesla, Infiniti and Cadillac. This is my favorite vehicle so far. I know I’m early in my ownership, but I feel that I got a lot of value for my money, an extremely comfortable vehicle and one that gives me the spaciousness that I need. Highway driving is a dream, and the tech makes it effortless to navigate.
Got a 23 palisade calligraphy and we also love it. Took it on a short 800 mile trip but can’t wait to take it on a long road trip. It’s so comfy and like you said you get everything and I myself think it looks great inside and out.
I’ve had mine for 2 days, and so far, I’m impressed. I got the Palisade SEL Premium. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t test drive the begin first. I conducted the entire transaction online and they dropped it off at my house. It’s replacing a 2017 Santa Fe (bought used in 2019), and the driving experience is far greater by leaps and bounds.
Hyundai has been pretty Clever with their strategy between the Palisade and the Telluride. So Hyundai saved some of the highend goodies for themselves being the parent company. On the Palisade calligraphy for example, you get a driver seat massage and heated 3rd row seats as well. On the highest trim if thr Telluride, you don't get those. In addition to the aforementioned, the Palisade can be had with a park assist feature which can't be had with the Telluride. Finally in the South Korean market,a VIP trim which seats above the calligraphy is available. It is not available elsewhere.
We now know that there is a new generation with release date brought forward due to high demand for hybrid SUVs. I was hoping to buy a hybrid grandhighlander in Canada, but Toyota can't keep up. 2 years waitlist at my local dealer for the GH hybrids.
I thought the Telluride was King, and rightfully so. I see many more Tellurides’s on the road than the Palisade by a long way. Cannot wait for the new Palisade, I’m not a fan of the exterior design at all and it puts me in a bad mood to see them.
@@SamCarLegion Except for on looks hot and the other looks like a hearse. Whenever I am on the road alongside a black Palisade, I feel like I’m part of a funeral procession.

The change in the location of the digital rear-view camera is a downgrade not a n upgrade, sorry to correct you but most cars do not have it in the shark-fin cover on the roof only land rover/range rover does that, most cars have it located on the inside of the rear glass so that rear wiper can clean it. This design change is a downgrade it use to be on the inside of the rear glass(2023 and older palisades) now in a snow storm you will have to stop the car get out and clean this new location.
I suggest you look into it , you will see serious recalls for wire harness fires and a few others , Hyundai /Kia are keeping up with their record of recall kings.....so ''nop'' was not the answer.@@SamCarLegion
@@SamCarLegion they are just bland in styling and the 6 cylinder offering is unappealing to me. For someone else this maybe a dream vehicle I suppose but I value performance over luxury which kills my interest in a lot of these offerings. 🍻
@S8ER but your more for performance, whereas majority of 3 row suvs are about hauling ppl and utility. If you're looking at performance, the tax bracket for that is much higher than this car, so why even look at this?

We are enjoying our 24 palisade as well, our 4th Hyundai! Great pick!

It appears the Hyundai people are developing a talent for manufacturing automobiles.

@oluseyigearhead4466 The Telluride has folding side view mirrors which the Pallisade doesn't.
Gee is my favorite person in Hyundai don valley. I love the way of his work ethics.
my husband just bought me one for christmas!!! i am so excited I picked out white with black interior. full loaded of course.

Crazy that the pilot out sold the palisade . Not being bias since I own a 22 palisade SE . Being said I see like 5-10 or more palisades everyday .
I love how you offer cars, especially comparisons. As for this car, I think it's perfect for family and long travel. I wish you well.
Thanks for the review
Hyundai is definitely going in the right direction- they don’t want to ruin their brand anymore
Hi there have been some negative comments about wind noise in prior years. Did you notice any wind noise at highway speeds?

In an industry where the only thing that distinguishes the differences between SUV’s are the names and front end stylings.🤔🤷🏼🙄
Sam how bad is the wind and road noise? Also have you open the window on the highway and close it to see if you are hearing any noise?
Not that much
No wind/noise in my ‘24 Calligraphy.

@SamCarLegion; Why does the South Korean Palisade have 3 projector headlamps but the North American Palisade is fitted eith 2 projector headlamps?
Those are the fog lights that's missing for the NA market.
