Thanks you everyone for the nice comments! We are so happy to have met Sara and Steve. They are genuinely nice, intersting and welcoming people. We felt like we where at home. We will 100% come back!
What a true gem Clementine is. She puts so much joy into her work. I love this episode. Sven silently doing chores in the background. Rockstar in his own right.
Its such a joy to experiene when true intentions are blessed. The energy of Sara and Steve their dream to enrich the universe with inspiration and creation, the sublime creative antenna of Clementine, the oh so tender and true observations from Sara's documenting eye, all togheter it builds an stage i have never experienced before and have missed it all my life. This a perfect vlog combining the science of baking and the art of patisserie. It requires the perfect combination of ingredients in jus the right proportions as well as the ideal amount of time and temperature to cause the reactions that allow it to rise, to foam etc. Then the pastry chefs artistc skills take over making each item a delight to the eye as well as to smell and taste. Bravo, Clementine! Johanna Maine USA
Well we will all be sorry to see you go,good luck in Australia , have fun and I will look forward to when you are back at the chateau..........Happy Easter to All........Donna in Toronto
It is helpful to see how precise Clememtine is in her methods even while she is flexible with ingredient substitutions and equipment. Her experience and training shines through.
WOW. Clem is such a talented person. I am happy she and Sven are coming back someday soon. You hit the jackpot with these guests. Wish I could have been there. Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter 🐣🐰🐇
Clem, you are a gifted baker and I have no doubt that you will find a position in Australia. Sarah and Steve will miss you and Sven very much. I wish you safe and exciting travels. Thanks Sarah for filming this for us to see🙏🏻❤️
Having same training as Clementine; enjoyed this immensely. She is excellent; you are indeed blessed! Happy Easter♥ the response I think she was saying is she knows the "formula" for the particular classic macaron and others in the Patisserie category.♥(and she knows how to improvise with tools at hand, wonderfully! I might have a go at it this summer to be able to share our Australian adventures with our loved ones.
Oh, my gosh, such amazingly talented people you have helping with the Chateau! Whatever will you do when they leave? Such artistry and talent. The Macarons looked supervisor, and the Focaccia? A work of Art! So fantastically talented! 💗💗💗
I wish i did need a pastry chef, Clémentine is amazing, and Sven is also great. Wonderful energy from the both of them. Bon camino to the both of them.
Hiya Lovlies wow so 2 of my fave foods in one. Oh gosh macaroons I understood you Sarah ,Durham Ontario Canada. I think I will continue to purchase so much work, however do appreciate why they can be pricey but well worth yummy! Lol! Well there are no words re the fougasse beautiful, I will definitely try myself, & yes Lalande challenge lol. Well as I’m sure you are aware we are having a snowstorm here 3inches! Soo any spring like videos are truly appreciated. Blessings 🐝🇨🇦
What a great video today! Clem is darling and her talent is off the charts! I'll make macarons and focaccia with my grandgirls when they come to visit!
A Baker after my own heart. Truly a masterpiece. What did make me smile though, the small packets of flour. In Canada you go to Costco and pick up at least 1 x 10kg bag of flour, 2, if your feeling ambitious. Happy Easter.
Clem certainly bought spring into the château and hopefully inspired other people to do a beautiful forccai for Easter you are certainly going to miss them both good luck on their travels and enjoy

Wow, how unique! I live in the beautiful Yarra Valley wine region near Melbourne. There are loads of wineries, bakeries and restaurants near here and there are boards up out front of the wineries as they are hiring. Maybe Clem may end up out here. It is a beautiful area. One of the wineries hiring is St Huberts on the Maroondah Hwy.

Hello from Sarnia, Ontario. Love your chateau and look forward to your vlog. Clem has done a beautiful job of the foccacia. I've never seen anything like it, it's just stunning. Happy Easter
Hi Clem and Sven I live in Australia and really hope you find somewhere to lay your heads, you are coming to winter so head for Brisbane or Cairns the weather will be better.Best of luck with your adventures
There are lots of food and entertaining jobs in Victoria at the moment. So many restaurants and bakeries that can’t find staff at the moment. Has been like it for at least a year. Signs up everywhere for staff needed
Macaron’s are particular, the secret is in the folding until just perfect, and waiting for the skin to form/45 minutes or so. Then bake, cool, assemble, eat or freeze.
