I did not know anything about ruching until I watch the trunk show with Laura. Now that I'm watching this video, this will be something I'll have to try to add a new dimension to my quilts.
I would love to see more about ruched the border. It looks like a nice way to border a quilt or embroidery project. I am always looking for ways to finish punch needle embroidery projects.
Love the galloping horse quote! I'll have to remember that as a reminder not to take my projects and myself so seriously. The flower tutorial was very interesting! My favorites are the jumbo, with the "dot" centers (which kind of remind me of carnations). Good busy work!!!
These flowers would be cool done in metallic Christmas fabric to make bows for wrapping presents!!! Hey, any reason for yakin' and stitchin'...right????😁
Oh Gee!!!! I do NOT need to fall in love with a new project, that said.... I've said that before. I love that y'all showed Laura's trunk show and now a demonstration. such fabulous pattern ideas. I want to say that perhaps B4 doing other designers demos that y'all can get the overhead camera shots just for ease on focusing the tiny details. I'm going back to see the petal loop again. It wasn't too clear how it is done, at least to me. But hey, I'm just old eyes... lol

I mean I'm no spring chicken I'm 44 how have I never seen this before I am pretty new to quilting though so maybe that's why and sewing as well

I have two touching tools. They are the older ones, clear softer bendable template plastic. They work very well. I love them.
Would enjoy it as a BOM . Looks like a fun portable project.
