G4Free Hiking Umbrella Review

In a recent review I tested an umbrella hat ( • Hat Umbrella Review: P... ), not to be outdone, G4Free sent me their hiking umbrella to review as well. In this video I test its heat reduction ability, go into details regarding the materials and dimensions, and test it out on a hike up Granite Mt.

You can also turn it upside down and collect water when it rains. 8^-)

Hey brother! Great review. Short, sweet and to the point. New subscriber. Besides being able to attach it to your pack, would you say the actual umbrella part has any advantages over a normal umbrella, please?

Thanks Tim. The silver outside lining is the key to the heat reduction. This reflects the light and heat that normal umbrellas would let through. They do block some of that heat but not as effectively as this one does.
