Try out Radical Red. It's a rom hack that's built for competitive playing and mono type runs. I've already done Dark, Normal, Fighting, and Psychic. It's very easy to get those early types. The game is hard though depending on the settings you choose so pay attention to what you set it to.

I think my favorite ice type has to be kyurem, I played through Pokémon white absolutely blind, and thought this mysterious powerful ice dragon in the chasm I was exploring was cool, then when it got more lore and importance in the sequel it became cooler, it’s easily up there with giratina origin form and darkrai as some of my favorite legendary Pokémon

Cold puns aside, I happen to be a big fan of the Vanilluxe line, and not just because they look like ice cream. They have good Special stats, they learn Mirror Shot and Flash Cannon for coverage, and they have Ice Body for hail regeneration.

My favorite ice type is absolutely Weavile. Dark type is my favorite type, and Weavile has not only sick design but I've grown so attached to my first Weavile named Slash I used in my first Black2 playthrough.

I love your Nuzlockes, and the concept of the runs in general, but I think SwSh seems like the easiest of any of the games. You have access to so many pokemon for the type you choose compared to other generations.
Hey dude, I normally really like your videos but here I think there is way too much set up moves. If every fight you get Weavile to +6 there's no excitement. Other than that, very entertaining commentary!
I suggest you do a fighting type nuzlocke of legends arcues due to introduction of great pokemon like sneasler, lilligant and decidueye. Or a normal, poison or grass type nuzlocke
