Nice video. Just so you know at 9:00 the wrong clip is being played. The notations say it's a f+HK activate micro walk cHP combo, but the combo in the clip is simply a standard f+HK activate target combo into bind.

Spirals after stun is to build meter. In SFV some special moves builds a tiny amount of meter if you whiff it so you can optimize your resources. Spirals after CC > activation are frame killers, a way to make some setups easier to do due to you have to wait a certain amount of frames to do a specifc meaty or 50/50
