The most beautiful woman to grace the silver screen. Natalie Wood will never be forgotten. I first saw her in the early 60s and was captivated since. When she died in 1981 I was devastated. Rest in peace sweet girl.

Natalie Wood has always been my favorite movie actress. She is so beautiful. I always tell my friends if I could look like anyone, I would love to look like Natalie Wood. To think she was so afraid of the water and then to drown at the age of 42. May she rest in peace.

Splendor in the Grass was the first movie where I really got to appreciate Natalie Woods vulnerability of heart and soul. My mother brought me along to see it with her,and not yet even a teenager, I witnessed her emotions as she identified with Natalies and those feelings of first and lost love.

I really don't believe RJ killed her, but I DO believe he did NOT save her either. If other boaters heard her screaming a football field away- you know he heard her, too. But he was angry with her about Walken and had been drinking heavily. All of this is NO excuse though. It is truly a tragedy.

@gloglo59 I agree... seems like their crazy fight led to her falling off somehow... official story is not believable considering her fear of deep, dark water... Wagner didn't do anything to find her or save her, so that in itself is pretty unforgivable

that J R did not want to look for her after she disappeared when everyone knows she
was afraid of drowning in the dark waters. Something doesn't sound right about this whole situation but I pray they find the culprit! Forever Natalie RIP
