It was not ruled an accident again. There was no ruling 5 months ago. The case is still open, and it is no longer certified as an accident. It is certified as Undetermined. The cause of death is drowning but the manner of death has been changed from accident to undetermined.

It's a fact he waited nearly four hours to notify the Coast Guard of her disappearance, just as it's a fact that he started openly dating Jill St. John just two months after the death of the alleged "love of his life". There's no logical explanation that can be offered for that. He's a coward. Natalie and her daughters deserved better.
