We use the needle roller on rally ice and snow tires to help trap any unfrozen water on top of any ice sheet. How does the needle roller help with dirt?

@@OldNo7Garage I race karts and I'm sure you have probably seen or heard guys talk about the prep on them. It just wears me out. And when you try and escape it and go treaded instead of slicks their still prepping them.

The Saran wrap slows the rubber curing process down. Keeping the tires cleaner is an added benefit but not the main reason for it.

Is that the mount slide bar from all star performance or did you have to make that bar for the scythe tool??

All we have to do is grind and sipe. No grooving, no tire prep. It’s not too bad
