I can totally relate --- When my kids were little and I went away for a girls weekend I would come back and need to "reclaim my house" (as my husband would say). It always made me realize all the day to day things I would do just automatically that others don't do.
I clean houses for a living and do organization in homes as well..My specialty is bathrooms and kitchens..I love cleaning and organizing..love your videos so inspirational
I have about 5 or 6 laundry related wall hangings in our laundry room. We also have open shelving with floral arrangements. It makes it pretty and relaxing to be In

I work from home and was in a 2 hour firm meeting with the attorneys i work for when you posted this at 10am.. I said oh yeah.. i know what I'm watching tonight while cleaning. So i clocked out at 5pm, finished dinner and now working on straightening the house.

I think your laundry room would be amazing for a wallpaper accent on the washer dryer wall and then even adding one more open shelf if it would fit above the washer/dryer to put your laundry products on.

I'm behind on house chores too. My husband had a few days off work so we were just spending time together and getting house projects done. It happens fast with kids running around lol
I hate cleaning the bathroom. I had my husband clean it once while I did the rest of the house. He came out sweating and said "I don't know how you do it! I'm exhausted!" I laughed and said thanks for helping but try cleaning the whole house then we can talk about exhaustion lol.

I think you should do some peel and stick wallpaper in your laundry room. Maybe the wall with the shelves and then do some wooden shelves instead of the metal ones. It would be a simple change with a big impact.
For the laundry room I would get some wallpaper and put it on 1 wall (making it an accent wall). And then add some more shelving to make it more functional.

She uses dyson v11 cordless. I bought it after i saw her use it and i will never ever go back. Best investment ever! Soo easy to use and makes vacuuming fun!

Why do you put the dishes up without drying them off? Aren't you afraid of water damage to your cabinet or water left inside the pot getting stale? Call me old school but for me, I have to allow dishes to air dry or at least towel dry them before putting them up. I just think it's more sanitary.

@@lyndsayclairemcgrath522 I wasn’t talking about the dishes in the dishwasher- her husband was loading it with the dirty dishes. I was referencing the dishes that were hand washed, rinsed and immediately put up without being dried. There was a spoon/fork & a pot, I think. Watch that section again and you will see what I’m talking about. 😏 I’m not criticizing her or her husband, rather I’m middle aged and have always been told to allow dishes to air dry on the counter for sanitary reasons. I’m always looking for shortcuts - I hate to wash dishes so if there is a better way I want to know about it! 😋

I thought the same when he hand washed the pot then put it right in the cabinet. And we all know she has plenty of cloths to dry dishes with. Lol. Not counting all the water that gets dripped onto the floor.
I literally have watched only 2.33 mins from this video and had to stop and comment! I absolutely love the fact that you are showing how messy and NORMAL your house is before!!! In this world and age of comparisons, i feel that we always have to be perfect and try so hard to achieve that. Perfect clean house, perfect meals, perfect clothes, perfect relationship, perfect kids...this is not real life! Thank you for being normal! Laundry:)) Hate doing my laundry:)) It gets so overwhelming so quick it's unreal! Sometimes I feel like it's never ending and I'm drowning u=in piles and piles of laundry:))
I know this is a silly question but when you’re whipping down cabinets and dressers and such, do you use a microfiber cloth that you wet with water first or do you use it dry with just the spray cleaner? I usually wet it but not sure if that’s the best way.

The CLR for the bathroom i was going to get because we have hard water that makes our newly renovated bathroom look not so new, but it says on the bottle not to use it on colored grout. Ours is a smoky gray unfortunately. Have you noticed any issues using it?

So the itching with pregnancy: sounds crazy but try Aveeno Eczema Cream w/ Oatmeal and Aveeno Body Wash. Use the body wash and mix with your shampoo every night. Also, use the cream body-wide every night after shower and wherever you itch later on.
thank you so much- the oatmeal baths by aveeno are the only thing that give me any relief- so I I will try to find the body wash and cream too!

They are humidifiers Hanna, I have one for when my kids get sick. They add humidity to the air, making it a bit easier to breathe when congested or when they have a sore throat.

Yes, I believe it is the Vicks brand starry night cool mist humidifier.
That is the one I have. I believe it is the same one she has as well. Hope that helps!
