This is great! One thing you can do that would be easier, without “undo” or delete. Just change the color to match the color you are actually cutting it in the vinyl and it will separate them in to separate cuts! Love your energy…
I’m a whole year late, but this made my day! Compliments on the energy we can give are always top tier. I’m definitely about to try changing the color in the next video.😊
And you can use the eye next to the items in the layer you can hide the word you don't want to cut out or change the colors you want and it will separate them when you go to print
I love this sign it’s gorgeous and you are doing amazing but there are several ways that you can make your life easier. 1. You don’t have to delete anything from design space before you cut, you alcohols have simply changed the colors and each color would cut out on different mats. 2. Reverse weeding if my instructions are not clear look this up because it will really help you. This means to put your contact paper down first and weed the negatives away from that because then you won’t have. To worry as much about the small letters. 3. Now this may be wasteful but it makes life easier so you have to decide what’s more important to you lol. If you attach all of the color together (for example all of the white) in design space before you cut it will cut out in the correct locations and all you have to do is weed the entire sheet (do not cut into strips), cover the whole sheet in contact paper and then place the whole sheet on the acrylic and everything will already be where you want it. You would do that with each color and you wouldn’t have to worry as much about placement for each section. …same as above look this up because it will make your life so much easier and faster… try searching for ppl who make shirts using different colors, that’s where I got this idea from.
1. Thank you for taking the time out to break that down for me. You’re so thorough and clear, thank you! I’m going to make a new video with an updated process. 2. Do you have any Cricut work you’d like to share? I need more Cricut creatives in my life lol
I should definitely just say thank you and take this compliment but as much as I appreciate that, hell naw! lol I wish I had a clean plan for anything!
If I have alot of things to align I just print the the picture on paper I have A3 printer for big project and then put the paper under the acrylic board so I can easily know put everything where it suppose to be
lol stupid is not necessary! Looking back I think it was crazy to click “undo” in the middle of the project. Feel free to share any ideas / inspo w/ me!
Since you cut your vinyl by color as it’s positioned on the sign, have you tried laying the entire cut? Like lay all white as you cut it on the machine then all black as you cut it instead of cutting each line into strips. If that makes any sense.
Thank you! The stand was on Amazon after i typed “acrylic sign holders” and no i didn’t spray behind the image, just the front because you want the back to peel off
Thank you! I’m going to upload my updated process and include the link of two different versions I order from Amazon. I don’t have the links at the moment, but usually the top finds for “acrylic holder stand”
@@IamChelsee I’m sorry, I just read what I wrote. 😩 I meant the vinyl. 🤣 I had wondered did/do you place your vinyl on the underside of the vinyl or always on top? I plan to make some invites and a bar sign but thought about putting it on the underside and painting over so that the top is smooth but you definitely have more experience in successfully executing the process. They all came out beautifully.
I know I’m 8 months late, forgive me! I actually order them online from amazon, they come in a set of 15. I’m going to share a link in a new cricut tutorial upload! They’re about $38 I believe, and were perfect for most tabletop sizes of acrylic.
Quick question, Why couldn't you have just used vinyl for that image on the back? Why was that paper necessary. Hope you didn't mention that, and I missed. Your work is amazing and so inspirational. Happy Holidays 🤩

You have a great process! stupid me would have spent the money on a pink acrylic sheet..😅
lol stupid is not necessary! Looking back I think it was crazy to click “undo” in the middle of the project. Feel free to share any ideas / inspo w/ me!

Thank you so much, I’m on it!

Beautiful did you spray behind the image and where did you buy the stand?
Thank you! The stand was on Amazon after i typed “acrylic sign holders” and no i didn’t spray behind the image, just the front because you want the back to peel off
Love this! Where did you get the holders for the acrylic board?
Thank you! I’m going to upload my updated process and include the link of two different versions I order from Amazon. I don’t have the links at the moment, but usually the top finds for “acrylic holder stand”
This was an awesome tutorial! Question, did you place the acrylic on the top on the underside?
Thank you so much! Just to make sure I understand your question, is this when I’m using the acrylic on the mat?
@@IamChelsee I’m sorry, I just read what I wrote. 😩 I meant the vinyl. 🤣 I had wondered did/do you place your vinyl on the underside of the vinyl or always on top?
I plan to make some invites and a bar sign but thought about putting it on the underside and painting over so that the top is smooth but you definitely have more experience in successfully executing the process. They all came out beautifully.
This is amazing, where do you get the holder for it, or do you make it yourself?
I know I’m 8 months late, forgive me! I actually order them online from amazon, they come in a set of 15. I’m going to share a link in a new cricut tutorial upload! They’re about $38 I believe, and were perfect for most tabletop sizes of acrylic.
Where did you get the stand?
❤love it ❤
Thanks babe!❤
Did you only spray the back (one side) ?
Thank you I just subscribed.
How much do u sell them for? I think I have a hard time with pricing
I’m late but thank you for subscribing! I have a hard time too no lie, I’ll try and share accurate details in a video
Question- do you let the client keep the signs?
definitely, only reason I’ve kept any is to fix / replace.
I have a cricut and I want to do some acrylic decor can you do a tutorial on that
I’m on it!
Can you get the sign stand at Home Depot as well.?
I don’t think so :(
Quick question, Why couldn't you have just used vinyl for that image on the back? Why was that paper necessary. Hope you didn't mention that, and I missed. Your work is amazing and so inspirational. Happy Holidays 🤩
Can you show how to work canva ? Like while process on Canva I’m trying to learn but idk where to start
if you’re still interested, I’d love to know 🫣🤍
Where did you get the clear acrylic from?
I get mine from hobby lobby, or another brand from Michael’s that I’ll share
How do you know how much to charge for something like this?
Do you have to mirror on??
No ma’am, I only mirror with heat transfer vinyl
i did not know you can use decal paper on acrylic sheet
How much do u charge for these? Im struggling with pricing.
I’ve come to accept that I suck at pricing too no lie
I thought I was the only one that have problems with the black vinyl Cricut brand 😩
Your language turned me off and you spoke too fast, not too slow! I believe that you could do better.
Where did you get the acrylic holder from?
