I m 66 and I have been taking glucosamine since I was in my 40 as Dr. prescribed be with glucosamine chondrites I did take that for while but then I may found out that was with shellfish, so start looking for vegetarian and found with what Dr. said with turmeric, or boswellia, all vegan. . I m doing good after I start taking Glucosamine, I do take 500 mg every day some times if more pain then I double the dose. I think Glucosamine also help for injuries of joints as Dr.prescribed to some people too. I trust glucosamine so much for sure as my own experience, but rheumatoid arthritis should check with Dr. because I don't think glucosamine is safe for them . I wish my own experience and information help to others too 🙏.
So on my bottle it says vegan glucosamine mam -cmo -turmeric . As a research on Line cmo and msm is also good with glucosamine . Wish it helps to all too . 🙏
