RedLorraine mentioned sangria! I love sangria, and I concocted more of an "autumn brew" with oranges, cinnamon, and cloves. That's for the Autumn Equinox, Day of the Dead, T-Giving and Yule. For summer this year, I'm making several quarts of (cold) pickled vegetables. They're nice & cold, crunchy, keto- and diabetic-friendly. Woo-hoo! They also, of course, represent & honor the abundance of summer victory gardens (although I don't have one of my own)! :)
