Another thing I really hope coach freeze takes a long look at during spring and fall practice, after putting in throwing the whole playbook at Jackson Arnold and if for some reason there is some things or certain plays he just isn't making the correct throws or reads on, then instead of being stubborn ass and especially his Job being on the line he just needs to adapt and go with what Jackson does best
The Auburn Offense is going to be a PROBLEM in 2025! 1. SEC defenses will have to double Cam Coleman, leaving Eric Singleton and Malcom Summons in one on one situations. If they go zone, then Singleton and Simmons are open on every play with Cam pushing a safety deeper. 2. Auburn should be able to move the chains on 3rd and short and medium with the RPO game and Jackson or the RBs running the ball. 3. Good luck to SEC DCs guarding the wheel route with Jeremiah Cobb. 4. If Defenses only put 5 in the box Auburn will just run the ball at will. 5. There has to be a lot more explosive plays with the Auburn offense in 2025! War Eagle and Merry Christmas to all Auburn Fans! 🎄🎄🎄
Mix and match the same group of receivers is what keeps defense in turmoil. Even with Cam in the slot 1 on 1 with a LB would make most coaches take a timeout. That works too!
As far as the WRs go, at the end of the day, it’s up to that position coach to get the guys ready. The off season is upon them so work with the group, with an emphasis on the underclassmen and their respected position(s). Hopefully, that would solve the “what about” question.
You could make the same argument about KLS last year lol. He could have chose to play for any QB in the country last year and chose Payton Thorne. As excited as I am for the addition of singleton and the potential everyone has to pump the breaks until Arnold proves he is capable.
All I know is I'm so glad Keionte Scott is transferring. When they said he had another year to play, I was thinking, "Oh no, please don't tell me he is coming back to Auburn." 😂😂😂😂 I'm already ready to see Auburn dominate teams in 2025. I don't see how our offense will be stopped without any injuries; we're going to be unstoppable. It's amazing! War Eagle!
I get that everyone has these questions but something you have to consider is that certain looks will not have the 1s on the field so they can catch their breathe. It's good to have a very good backup WR in a run fit because maybe that's gets checked into a PA boot deep shot. 7 WRs is actually a perfect number. Everyone will get a lot of touches.
Just because you’re a big WR doesn’t mean you have to play exclusively outside. Mike Evans, AJ Brown, Davante Adams, Lamb, Jefferson, Chase… all of these guys play inside and out in the NFL. I think we’re influenced by years of Gus only using the slot to throw bubbles and run jet sweeps. Another thing to think about: offensive player groupings on the field determine who the defense puts in the field. 10, 11, 12, 21, etc. is what the defense cares about… not where the WR might line up. For example, they see 4 WRs coming off the sideline, they’re running their dime package out there. It isn’t going to “fool” them to have Perry or Fields at slot because “is he a TE or not?”. There are lots of people saying Perry could put on 20 pounds and be Fairweather. I don’t know Perry, but I’m betting he doesn’t want to be a TE. Some of these guys may leave, but they may not. Part of Freeze’s job is to get the best players he can get and put the best team on the field. You hope you can make everyone understand your vision, but not every 20 year old thinks “oh, I can play less, develop, and maybe in two years I’ll be an NFL prospect.” Some of them just want to play now. I don’t think we need to worry about players leaving. We need to worry about Freeze being able to win games
Auburn did an amazing job with the roster for next year. I have no complaints and can't wait to see this offense. I'm glad it's Baylor that is going to get it first instead of a nobody team. WAR MF EAGLE OH YEAH AND BAMA IS BROKE 😆 🤣 😂
You know all the talk of Eric Singleton and rest of freeze 4 also people even bringing up for next season we will have the best wr group in the country, I mean don't get wrong that would be awesome if it all happens but is everyone who is saying this let one huge issue that has to happen for these guys to be the best, it will always start with Jackson Arnold and what kind of QB we will get during this long off-season and next fall
This is the year you run it like Bama did with Devante Smith, Jerry Juedy, Riggs and Waddle all at wide and you let that MF fly! Coleman, Perry, Eric Singleton and Malcom Simmons all at wide would be stupid nasty
Auburn needs to hire Cody Burns who is offensive coordinator and Wide receivers coach for South Florida Bulls add quarterback coach to the list of duties.
Does some of these people that been talking about Auburn spending more than other teams to get some of the players then other teams, what the hell do you same people think that most of the big teams are doing, exactly the same thing if they want a player bad enough, I mean same thing for Alabama to
It feels weird that nobody is bringing up Fields. 39 targets with only 2 drops. He’s pretty much automatic in traffic. I believe he will be a 1st Down machine. Singleton is just a far more developed Simmons. He played in the slot more than out wide, his presence will take snaps away from Simmons more so than Thompson/Fields I believe. Simmons is special no doubt but Singleton is a more developed version of the same archetype.
The college football world loves to move the goalposts when it comes to Auburn. Everyone else can recruit and pay players but god forbid Auburn does it
Anyone asking why we need more talent didn’t watch the UT/OSU game. UT didn’t have a WR that could open bc they have no pros. OSU WR looked open bc they have at least 3 pros.
To be fair y'all clowned on Texas A&M for spending too much money on players a couple years ago. I predict coaching salaries will drop big time the more money that is spent on these rosters.
Today is CBH hiring birthday...Bryan Harsin becomes head coach at Auburn 2020....opening press coments... - “Recruiting: That’s obviously a big part of what we do.” -- Harsin prepares to focus on the guys in Auburn’s “backyard” as well as all over the country. ...." Some our fans prove over and over again that they have no football IQ. I’m tired of hearing well what about this guy. It’s up to that guy to work hard and get better.
Some of "our fans " were sure that PT was the man.... he wasn't, Some professed that Darron Reed was going to be great on the DL, ...2 years, and he didn't record a stat...how's that for football IQ???
Thank you Mr. Yellow Wood 😎

Couldn't agree more! Adjust to what the qb can do. Job definitely on the line.
War Eagle 🦅
Merry Christmas Auburn!
War Eagle!

Perry would been on the field this year if kls wasn’t there
I’m glad Perry didn’t HAVE to play as much.
Agreed
Perry was bought off by Alabama they gave that kid NFL money just not to go to Auburn and broke the bank because they're begging for more money.
WDE! All I want for Christmas is a great OC and player retention.
Definitely
If I were a young big time college QB Auburn would be the place I'd want to be with 4 elite WR's.
Mix and match the same group of receivers is what keeps defense in turmoil. Even with Cam in the slot 1 on 1 with a LB would make most coaches take a timeout. That works too!

Merry Christmas Eve everyone and WAR DAMN EAGLE 🦅🦅

Perry Thompson is a bad boy
Please Remember the Reason for the Season!!

Brock Bowers is 6'3. Perry Thompson is 6'3.... he's got the frame to pack on some weight. He's already 225lbs. Bowers is 245. Just a thought...
WDE fellas. Some people are mad at the grass for growing
I want great qb play for Christmas
Merry Charlie Tuesday Christmas Eve! 🎄🎄
I heard cam was helping the staff land cam

Exactly cause we had that wr talent this past season and Thorne an the play calling was horrific
This is the year you run it like Bama did with Devante Smith, Jerry Juedy, Riggs and Waddle all at wide and you let that MF fly! Coleman, Perry, Eric Singleton and Malcom Simmons all at wide would be stupid nasty
@@AuburnfanAlabamathestatereppin having freshman talent is good but you still need experience.
Auburn needs to hire Cody Burns who is

Simmons was effective this year at the jet sweep and I think he'll be used even more in 2025 w that play. Trust me.... Simmons is not losing any snaps
Damn can't watch button down.
The college football world loves to move the goalposts when it comes to Auburn. Everyone else can recruit and pay players but god forbid Auburn does it
People are to hung up on slot vs outside receiver. Receivers move around during a play during the game.
Perry needs to move to TE. He’s like 6’1” and weighs 225. He would be a beast at the position. Better than Brock or Travis in my opinion.
Anyone asking why we need more talent didn’t watch the UT/OSU game. UT didn’t have a WR that could open bc they have no pros. OSU WR looked open bc they have at least 3 pros.
We substitute WRs ALOT, they all gonna eat
The offensive line has to be good or none of this matters.
Get rid of Payton Throne, get a new wide receiver coach, get a better QB coach, reduce booster involvement.
To be fair y'all clowned on Texas A&M for spending too much money on players a couple years ago. I predict coaching salaries will drop big time the more money that is spent on these rosters.
Duke paid the Tulane QB 8 Mill. I honestly don’t care how much auburn pays as long as we win more than 5 games next year
There isn’t enough ball to spread around next season. Singleton has two more years to play. One or two of the freeze 4 may end up in the portal.
It is.
Wrong
Then so be it. If they leave it’s because someone ahead of them is better. This is what the best teams do
Perry looked stiff when he got playing time
Today is CBH hiring birthday...Bryan Harsin becomes head coach at Auburn 2020....opening press coments...

Terrible at building relationships with people he needs to(coaches, money people)
Hates NIL
Is there anything else required from a head coach
Nobody would be chirping about money if those guys had gone somewhere else - especially west...BUT THEY DIDN'T so WAAH! WAR EAGLE and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
war eagle
I think Derek Smith ends up better than Malcolm. Smith will be elite by his second year.
TJ Lindsey is the biggest loss imo

HEY, YALL BAMA IS BROKE LOL😂 the fans r saying they got it they just dont wanna spend it thats just as bad lol😂
