@@DonovanGG__ I’m an auburn fan but look at the way he played at Oklahoma against bad teams - couldn’t do much. Hopefully I’m wrong and at least we have knight coming in during spring who will get a lot of reps with Arnold.
7wins is what I’m looking for and 9 or more in 2026 possibly playoffs depending qb1 is and oline improvement. Auburn has talent but it’s young n playing a lot of young talent they’ve to learn how to close and win close games . Not to mention all other top teams have 4 & 5 top 10 classes stacked. Patience is key. Worth the wait if au becomes a consistent champ contender vs magical season every 5-10 yrs and letting down the hen ppl are high on the team or being great when no one give them a chance. All about talent. Stack talent especially oline & dline & put good qb1 play on the field is how au becomes a top team year in and out. Au is getting better but so is all the other teams
This SOUNDS great and all, but I'd like to see auburn actually show it on the field for once. I'm more of a defensive guy though. If we can have an explosive offense with a shutdown defense, that'd be cool. It may not be next year either, but if the coaches can actually develop players, i don't see any excuse to miss the playoffs. My trust just isn't there with this staff.
Honestly don’t know where you go in this situation. You can’t go get a freshman that messes with Knight class Arnold RS-So makes no sense to bring someone in same year it doesn’t add up add a senior you possibly in a situation where you need to HS QB losing 2 seniors QB so best thing probably to do is bring in a Junior QB to push for the starting job
You guys really think CHF is in a hot seat? He’s not. He’s recruiting at a higher level than any Auburn coach since Tuberville. The guy has had success everywhere he’s been and he’ll have success at Auburn. I hear people saying, “Oh yeah, if he doesn’t get nine wins (or something like that) he’s gone! He won’t be. Harsin destroyed the Auburn program and now all those pieces have to be glued back together. Auburn decides to fire Freeze after year three? Who’s going to want a job where you get three years to win huge when you haven’t been a winner in nearly a decade? Nobody. CHF stays right where he is, gets eight wins and a bowl and then another top 10 class.
8-9 regular season wins this year. CHF saves his job and goes to a decent bowl game with a chance to make it 9-10 wins on the season. WDE 🦅
There’s no reason for Auburn to not have a top 3 offense in the conference in 2025 with all the weapons
Non top 3 QB
@ it doesn’t really matter what your opinion is, the truth of the matter is that Arnold was a top 5-10 player in his class lol

Auburn is going to the playoffs next season and in 2026, bringing Gus back to be OC, playing for a Natty. Liked and Subbed
Yest to everything but Gus coming back. I’m good on that
No Gus please
No to Gus. He had to quit before he was fired at UCF.
If Auburn wins more than 6 games next season, I will be shocked.
Hugh Freeze is still the coach

No ones talking about running backs at Auburn...its not Auburn without that.
Great point. I think the QB running threat of all three guys will open up opportunities for the backs.
They had to bring in Ashton Daniels. We still only have 3 quarterbacks on scholarship. Still need 1 more.

Tuberville didnt recruit at a high level...he got a bunch of 3 stars and coached them up
Hot seat is probably strong but there is always pressure after two disappointing years in the SEC.
Texas tech might be a natty contender next year. They’re going crazy rn.
