So funny to read this, I very recently purchased a 10ml decant of Layton and have taken it on two test runs. No compliments as of yet but on both occasions I could noticeably see women trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. I will probably make the full purchase one day regardless of compliments because I love the fragrance myself.
I wore Layton at work (office) and this dude from another team came up to me and told there were girls in his team that thought i smelt nice and wanted to know what i was wearing. This shit drives women nuts
Personally I’m still out on Aventus. Maybe it just doesn’t work on my skin. Layton however I absolutely love. When it dries down it gives a really nice vanilla pepper scent combination.
Would have liked to see PDM Carlisle in this or Layton exclusif. I was also expecting something by Killian. BR540 and Elisium are both good choices though 👍🏻

@@craigbunch8442 not a good idea, it’s way too cold in there to store a fragrance. That’ll just destroy the chemicals, it’s best to keep it out in room temp (not too cold and not too warm)

Roja Dove - Elysium….has to be one of the best fragrances ever made better than Creed Aventus for me personally. Best Niche fragrance out there at the moment and don’t see it losing its title anytime soon will dominate for years.
I saw Mr Creed in zurich a couple days ago. He said that Parfums de Marly copied him so he talked to the manager and got them placed to another shelf, not right bellow his brand. Even took a photo with him, he is a really cool guy!
Anyone in any age can use anything. What matters most is that you dont try to be not your age, and that you dont push your age in front of you, like “uhh im 60, need special stuff”. If someone you meet think you’re 60 then its of no disadvantage to you, when you push your age to them like its a limitation then you are pushing a negative image of yourself.
I got a good deal on Godolphin and Herod so I got them but I'm saving up for the Layton Exclusive. I do have the Limited edition Clive Christian No.1. It was a gift from a friend of mine. If you smell that on me it's a good sign of our relationship. That means I think you worthy of smelling it!
Godolphin, what do you like about it? It got a somewhat spicy bad note i had problems separating and identifying, but once i did there was no doubt: cat shit.

I got Layton today and it’s a masterpiece! What a fragance the smell and projection are another level. Can’t wait to use it for work
Is it the best from parfum de Marley ? doest it have amber ? in fragrantica the amber is not mentioned but others sites do mentioned the amber.
